One of the biggest struggles for me, a person with ADHD, is keeping up with appointments, schedules or anything related to either. Woodlands Behavioral Health have been treating members of my family for many years. No matter how many times I seem to fall short scheduling therapy or communicating with our pharmacy. Their team is right there ready to make our treatment a priority. If you have ever been treated for ADHD you know EXACTLY how frustrating these constant correspondences can make your day to day life. Woodlands Behavioral Health gets it done.

Money is their motivation. They owe me over $600 and are refusing to pay me that full amount. This place is nothing more than a joke with unqualified & unprofessional staff all the way around - from the sleepy front desk staff with zero customer service skills, to the counselors that yawn, divert & cannot take proper notes because they could care less. This is a judgemental group of inexperienced women that collectively lack certifications & longevity in their field & instead use clients as their test rats to pad their portfolios. For example, one thing I d like to be better at is test taking & studying skills- I asked every session for months for help, and finally got some random one sheet that I could have googled for free - so basically a waste of money, gas & my patience. If you ask to speak to an owner, they refuse. An owner(s) who hides is an owner(s) that has something to hide - plain and simple. The owner(s) do not speak to clients according to their clueless Director who is their puppet & mouthpiece to the world - and she s not a very good at it either - also an inexperienced joke. I still need to speak to an owner(s) & will continue to find out who / they are so I can get my refund for services not rendered, but stolen. How can you run a business and not be available to your clients? Proves my point that money is their motivation, period. On a high note, if you are looking for a job where you don t have to actually work, can repeatedly yawn in clients faces, take sketchy notes & lack solid experience, apply here, because it s all smoke & mirrors playing on the minds & wallets of those looking to improve their lives. Just pure garbage.My Response to the organization trying to salvage their garbage Their response is a canned response. The owners are hiding and have refused to speak to me directly because in my opinion, they know I m speaking the truth. They must really need my $600 plus dollars to be holding on to it so tight. This place is sloppy & pure garbage. In addition, from reading others reviews from years past, it s clear your team has done zero to clean up your act - it s all about money - unprofessional & money hungry - every single one of you. How dare you take advantage of people trying to better themselves. Funny, I don t see responses to your other honest one star reviews - what s wrong? Can t write back per your weak policies or is it because you need to deflect with me because I m right? You decide but I m clear on what the truth is.

Dr. Z is a miracle worker. He has change mine and my families lives forever. Every person I have sent to him, have thanked me over and over. He is very wise and intelligent doctor. I would never think of going to anyone else but him. He is a hero, a life game changer and his integrity and honestly speak for itself. He definitely helps you to figure life out! Hardly made any progress with these guys. I saw them online for Severe anxiety and ADD etc. I was expecting much better. Maybe its not for me.

Got such an innacurrate negative diagnosis from this practice. They truly don't care. They had me fill out a short questionnaire and I had a very brief discussion with the psychiatrist. After doing some asinine cognitive tests that took less than a minute, he told me that nothing was wrong with me. I told him that his outlook on my mental health must be incorrect because I often felt suicidal. Without opening up that discussion, he just rolled his office chair over to the landline and threatened to call the police to have me committed. After that, he still told me there was nothing wrong with me. They must have seen me as a liability because I brought up my borderline personality disorder or something. I sincerely hope they get shut down because it just so happens that they are leading one of my friends down a pretty bad path regarding his mental health issues. I am on some helpful medication now that was prescribed by a different practice. It's just troubling to see that this place that hindered my progress of repairing my mental health is still around.

Dr. Z has literally saved our entire family. I've seen many therapists and psychologists over the years and I can attest that nobody has helped me, my sons, and my marriage like Dr Z. He truly has a gift to connect with people and get to the root of the issues and lead them to healing. We are truly blessed to have found him when we did.

Dr. Z saves lives. If you are the parent of a struggling adolescent, take them to see Dr. Z (co-owner) before it is too late. He will change the trajectory of their life for the better. If you don t know where to turn and you re looking for a sign, this is it. This is the best thing you can do for your child.

Spent a year with WBH and it s such a shame that I had to let go of my Dr. The non-professional/front-end employees are rude, short, cold, and DO NOT care about their customers - money is king. Three times they asked me to reschedule my appointment. Then, in January of 2020, when I got sick and was not able to fly home from DC, I called them and the inconsiderate receptionist quickly snapped back with, Well, then I ll email your doctor and I m adding $115 cancelation fee. Oh ok. So you do it to me 3 times and when it unexpectedly happens on my end you instantly slap on extra fees ON TOP of the fact that I pay Dr. N $200 for each visit. She is wonderful, BUT there are many other options for that price. Think twice before working with these people- they don t care about us.
