outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

inpatient iconInpatient

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

aftercare iconAftercare

Clients in a rehab aftercare program have typically completed detox and intensive inpatient and are medically stable. These programs are designed to address addiction recovery as a life-long process. Outpatient counseling and recovery education are typically categorized as drug rehab aftercare, but many clients continue to receive support after being discharged from formal outpatient treatment. Case managers and recovery teams facilitate clients' access to peer coaching, career counseling, 12 step program induction, and related services.

12-step icon12-Step

12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).

The intervention also presents a clear treatment plan, which typically involves input from intervention services.

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term, intensive outpatient option designed for those with moderate to severe addictions who don't require 24-hour care. PHP treatment is often fully covered by insurance and provides structured programming (i.e. individual and group therapy). A typical partial hospitalization program can meet 3-5 days a week for a minimum of 20 hours, offering intensive treatment during the day while allowing you to return home after. PHP treatment duration can vary based on your progress but averages 90 days.

24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

I've been a client here for going on 17yrs. What has finally prompted me to leave a review, was my amazing counselor, Mr. RahJohn Rouse! No other counselor has gone for bat for me the way he has. He is easy to talk to and you can tell he genuinely cares for his clients! Best counselor there! :) a long with his brother who works in the front!! Very kind people and they both make me smile every morning! P.s. PLEASEEEEE BRING BACK MS. FAY!!!! She was, hands down, the best nurse! EDIT: My initial comment about my counselor stands. However, go-to another clinic if you are able. This is a facility that gives those who have frequent dirty urines and are in GROUP an incentive of SIX TAKE HOME BOTTLES if they provide ONE clean urine. But, me, someone who has provided clean urines for over two yrs now (even longer than that, but I had to obtain my med marijuana card) is only entitled to five take home bottles? This makes absolutely zero since. But thanks to their incompetence, I'm finally almost done with this place. Down to 17mgs as of yesterday and I will NEVER LOOK BACK. STAY AWAY.

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... So if, like myself, your issues got issues, come to Lennard, open up to one of their awesome counselors,(like Ms. Smith and/or Rajahn) find yourself, and reach for the stars ...

I have had Mr. Ra-John Rouse (Spelling?) as my counselor for a long time now and I am very happy with his work ethic, and his compassion for his clients is unmatched. I couldn't ask for a better counselor. He has taken time out of his day EVERY TIME I have had any kind of issue to make sure it is resolved and he is a much appreciated part of my recovery.*****EDIT*****THEY WONT LET ME REVUE A PLACE MORE THAN ONCE FOR SOME REASON.BUT-I FORGOT A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON, WHO REALLY MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE, SAADIQ (spelling??again) ROUSE...I would say Mr. Rouse, but I don't want confusion due to the same last name as Ra-John Rouse. Saadiq has always been helpful, very efficient, and just a relief that there is a good person, who does not judge you, he will make you smile, and I feel comfortable with him. It's VERY difficult to find ANY level of comfortability in a clinical/ public setting at all (I have VERY bad anxiety)So, I just wanted anyone who is thinking of starting their road to recovery with Lennard, it would be one of the best decisions of your life. Saadiq is, as I previously said, one of the first ppl we see and he is always just a pleasure to be around.
