I normally never leave reviews good or bad, but could not pass up the opportunity to thank Val for her sincerity and humanity. She s a bright light in a grey and dim hospital room and floor. Every interaction with a patient needs to follow Val s example of compassion and care. Please recognize how much just a few seconds of treating patients as people instead of products can improve the overall health of the person in their care.
