Two weeks ago I had to take my kid to the ER after an accident. Any time your child is sick or hurt it is a scary experience but thanks to Dr. Woo we were thoroughly and compassionately taken care of! He was so thoughtful and AMAZING. I really appreciated how he took his time talking with us and he even did a physical exam (unlike other doctors). We were in and out quickly and Dr. Woo made sure I knew what to look out for in case I needed to return. I can t thank him enough for the care and peace of mind he gave us. I just wish he could also be my kids pediatrician!

Thank you for your kind words, and for taking the time to share your experience.
I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. The experience I had here in PHP and IOP with Alexia and Simrah as my therapists was truly such a blessing for me. During group therapy, Alexia and Simrah were extremely skilled at being able to read and react on even the smallest subtleties in the room. The always knew the right things to say, questions to ask, or encouragement to give at my most crucial moments in therapy. They have an uncanny way of being able to connect with all of their patients. They made me feel like a part of a team in group therapy and we all cared and looked out for each other. It was very obvious that they are passionate about their work and have a vested interest in the wellbeing of their patients. Thank you again Simrah and Alexia. :)

Hi Thomas, we are happy that you shared your positive experience with us. -- Amy B.
everytime I go the staff at the front are very polite and kind the nurses are great make me feel warm and appreciated my doctor (Dr T ) is awesome I'm so glad she is there
I was a patient here and was treated fairly good, there really isn t much communication with the psychiatrist to the therapist to you about discharge dates, or more information about your treatment plan but the therapist make up for it. I was blessed to have Mr. Z and Ms. Samurah as my therapists and can not emphasize enough!! To give them full credit of my mental health improvement. With them I have truly progressed so much and got the right therapy for me. Being able to talk to them and getting the right support from them has made me able to be more adaptable, find the right coping mechanisms for me, and accept my struggle and truly learn from this and grow as a person. Thank you to them! There are no complaints in that department. I hope they see this and continue to help other people and empower them just like they did for me. Thank you thank you thank you. Although one complaint is the lack of communication given to you about your schooling. I got super behind and just wish that my assignments could have been either1. Sent directly to me or 2. Once I returned to school, given extra time to complete everything that I missed out on. I really had to vouch for myself when I got back to school to be given time to turn in everything without late points. In general not too bad of a place coming from a patient that had my stay.
