I stepped out of my comfort zone and reached out for help.I am a Christian, I believe in God, I believe in the power of prayer, and I know God can answer prayers, but I also God gives us people or tools to help us along this thing called life.Life can be hard, we can just go through the emotions, we can keep putting bandages on old wounds, and we can carry bags around that don t even belong to us; but eventually you are going to get to the point where you can no longer do it your way. For me, God made me Be Still so that I could actually see I needed help for my depression. I knew I was sad, but I had no idea how damaged I was on the inside.I have been in the program for only 8 days now. I have to tell you, coming to Mind Body Optimization has changed my entire life. The team here not only guide you through the program, they make sure your medications are right for you, they give you enough tools to last you the rest of your life. I actually love going to therapy. Who says that, right. I can promise you, if you are open and willing to get the help you need, you will see a person in the mirror you have never seen. I finally love who I see in the mirror, thanks to this team.Awareness is the key to this program, at least in my opinion. It will change your whole outlook on life. Honestly, this place has helped me tremendously! I ve been coming here for 5 years! I would likely be further along in the process of recovery but my original counselor purposely held me back many times. She was eventually fired and I thank God for that because there is no telling how many lives she disrupted being spiteful. Now I absolutely love my new counselor Crystal! I feel like she cares about us and her job! All the counselors they currently have are super respectful and seemingly genuine people that truly care about your progress. 5 years of sobriety and counting!! It wouldn't be possible without the effort of those counselors and the positive environment they now maintain on a daily basis. They truly bring a family vibe and consideration that you won't find in the majority of treatment facilities. If you're serious about your sobriety and future then I would strongly suggest this place. There support team is off the charts.

I really miss being able my chips without people calling me crazy cause I am afraid of my x. I mean sometimes things are hard enough without ladies judgement. I tried to reach out to few woman here but they ghosted me too.

So very appreciative of this group I have been welcomed as one of their own even being a little eccentric lol for a lack of better words...yall come check I out please you will be welcomed with open arms
