Before I came to E.A. I was at the lowest point of my life. I was addicted to multiple drugs, I had been to prison, I had lost my daughter, my marriage was failing, my family wanted nothing to do with me and I was selling drugs out of a hotel room. My first visit to GRMC was for a planned procedure. From the front desk person that greeted us to the one that rolled me out after the procedure, everyone was friendly! I was very pleased with how well things were explained to me before they were done when it came to getting IVs and other steps in the procedure. I felt comfortable and in good hands. The staff was quick and efficient while also checking that I understood what was happening and that I was OK. I have no plans to be back in any hospital anytime soon but if I do need one...I'll pick GRMC first.

After already having an IOP experience I went in with what I thought the process was. It couldn t have been further than what I was expecting. Providing a very positive, safe, understanding, and excepting environment and I was able to tackle a lot of things that stood in the way of my recovery. Having spent many years of defeat and unable to put together any kind of substantial sobriety together I am now over a year sober and rocking in recovery. Robert and Lisa provide tools to really deal with life and navigate emotions and feelings. Substances have no longer been a solution to face or deal with day to day life.
