While, I was looking for networking in schools and events around Austin, Tx. I met a great team of committed Behavior Health. The team lead by Mr. Jared Castillo. He was a great communicator and listener. He lead me to visit a great center( GEORGETOWN Behavioral Health Institute) , committed to mental health care.I visited the facility, I met a great staff, dedicated workers and my observation of the patients has help me to understand the committed mind, heart of the committed workers. The health of our Countrymen and Women is expression of our hearts and our dedication to the restoration of health in all humans. I am particularly delighted that Mr. Castillo and his staff help me to reinforce my believes in caring and the choices I made to ease the pain in humanity.Keep up the good work.A committed soul, from Alamo health Care Inc.
My daughter was hospitalized for a week for rehabilitation at Rock Springs. While at the hospital she received the best care and treatment that a patient can possibly get. I had limited contact with my daughter while she was hospitalized but that is because they don t want the patient being treated to be distracted with phone calls from family and friends. The patients are allowed to use their cell phones for a few minutes each day to call family. The staff and doctors at Rock Springs are amazing! My daughter had a very good experience while at Rock Springs. She said everyone there at Rock Springs were very nice and very supportive. The facility is a fairly new facility. I received a phone call from one of the nurses at Rock Springs to inform me that my daughter would be getting released from the hospital in the next 3 days.I give Rock Springs a 5 Star because they went over and beyond in working with my daughter and giving her the best care possible.Thank you Rock Springs!

Hi, we're glad you had a great experience with us. It is our honor to provide quality care. -- Amy B.
I was impressed by the content of the treatment program and the staff. Not only does your loved one get the help they need, but the family is supported and helped as well. I felt cared for and just as important as my family member in treatment. Counseling and education are key in helping the whole family. Also, the area the facility is in, is beautiful and peaceful.
