I recently had my first visit at the Lake Jackson location. I had been very sick and my care provider from the Houston VA did not seem address my issues. While I was staying in Sargent, my upper respiratory issue had gotten worse. I called this location and was informed that I could come as a walk-in.Let me tell you, what a HUGE difference ! The reception staff were beyond patient and caring. The nurse, PA, and X-ray tech were professional, caring and compassionate .I am seriously considering changing my VA location since I live part time in Sargent.I truly appreciate the service I received and I also received a follow up call. That never has happened at the Houston VA.Great service, highly recommend!

I believe everything happens for a reason! Skyward treatment has been a life saver for me. The staff is very well trained and respectful from the top down. The general manager Court has always been there to listen to, address and advocate for me. Audrey the floor manager runs a very loving group of staff techs. Two weeks ago I had to take my kid to the ER after an accident. Any time your child is sick or hurt it is a scary experience but thanks to Dr. Woo we were thoroughly and compassionately taken care of! He was so thoughtful and AMAZING. I really appreciated how he took his time talking with us and he even did a physical exam (unlike other doctors). We were in and out quickly and Dr. Woo made sure I knew what to look out for in case I needed to return. I can t thank him enough for the care and peace of mind he gave us. I just wish he could also be my kids pediatrician!
