Drug Rehab Centers in Eastland, Texas

I am writing this review to thank some the staff members at this behavioral health hospital in Abilene that really helped during a mentally difficult time. First off I want to thank both the inpatient and outpatient directors, the front desk receptionist, Dr. Bello, the RNs Brandon, Brandy, Brittney, the LVNs, PRNs like April, all the techs! (They deserve all the praise! Amy, April, Casey, Oliver, Edward, Carlos, John, Kris, Shelby, and all the rest! This was my second stay and I can honestly say the overall hospital stay was much needed. Thank you.

Y'all really work miracles there I'm truly grateful for the serenity house thank you so much!!!!

Man this place is infected with bed bugs it is a good place but it is infested with these nasty ass bugs I wish my loved one never went he has been ate up by these things and i would not recommend it to anyone

Just finished 34 days here and I learned more about myself in this past month than I ever have in my lifetime. The step work is in depth, and is gone over with staff after each one you complete, to ensure understanding and effectiveness. The staff and counselors made me feel as if I were at home.The bad reviews of the people who were kicked out had several warnings and chances to correct the disruptive behaivors they were displaying before being asked to leave. Stonegate does not allow people to be there and disrupt the ones that truly want to be there. I will recommend this treatment facility to anyone. This is nothing like a state ran facility. All the staff truly are there because they want to be, a lot are in recovery themselves and have walked in our shoes before. I love you all, Bettina, Sydney, America, Lauren, Rachel, Dana, Shonda, Theresa, and Elisha. Thank you Stonegate!

I was transferred from a hospital to Mesa Springs and was nervous with anxiety because of reading the reviews. Well I m going to tell you after being at another treatment clinic they are night and day from each other!! Mesa Springs welcomed me with open arms and didn t make me feel like I had a problem, I was a problem, I did anything wrong, or I was a criminal (the other place made me feel this way)! The PCAs are amazing are treat you as a human being (sad I have to say that because at the other place that s how I was treated and felt)!! Nurses are actually there for you and help however they can and if they can t they will find someone who can!! Dr. Day was my psychiatrist and his nurse practitioner were both actually there for me, listened to me, understood me, and wanted to help me anyway they could! As an inpatient we go by a schedule and honestly I think it was an amazing they do that!! I got so much from the process group therapy, psycho education group therapy, and even recreation therapy that is offered daily in the schedule!! I want to thank the whole staff that I was nice enough to have (Rundell pca, Amelia pca, shay pca, Rachel RN, David RN, Michael RN, Almombola (I know I spelt her name wrong) RN, Michelle s therapist, and Bobbie Ann therapist are most of those that worked with me!)!! The only have 3 negative comments so first the intake was exhausting and long (got in at 7:00pm but wasn t taken to the until till 1am then didn t get into bed till like 2:00-2:30am), the second thing is some night staff (not all but a good handful on Meadow until) weren t warm, welcoming, and/or aren t didn t seem like they wanted to come to work lol ( patients were happy we only had to deal with them from 7pm-10pm (lights out) till morning and were thankful to see the day staff), lastly the night PCA and RN that did my intake assessment did give me somewhat of an attitude (like I was taking time away from them doing anything else even though it was 1:45am) as they checked my body for wounds/trauma/if I was trying to bring anything into the until/facility.Mesa Springs thank you for taking me in, caring for me, and teaching me everything I needed to go through life with a different view!!
