Been coming here for 10 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Not sure why some folks seem to review that they argue with the staff, etc., that s never been my experience. I schedule my appointments online, then receive a call to verify them. My doctors have always been nice and I ve never had a negative experience with the staff. I think some folks come here wanting problems, because I don t see it. Could the wait times for appointments be shorter? Sure, but I ve never sat there longer than 30 minutes from my scheduled time. If you treat people nice, they usually treat you nice back. If you re a Veteran that comes in with an attitude every time (I ve seen it), then yeah, you probably leave reviews about how you were mistreated . I came here today 12/23/2024 and a nice woman was walking around handing out Christmas cards to every Veteran in here and offering coffee. This place doesn t deserve the low rating it has.
Absolutely love this place! Right Choice in Orange, Texas.. My counselor Miss Jalene Williams made me always feel comfortable and never judged. At my lowest, she was there always. I will always recommend this place and will forever be grateful! Thank you, Jalene!!
