So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

My experience here was completely life changing. All the staff truly want to help in any and every way that they can. I have been to proabaly 10 different treatment centers in my recovery journey and the care and treatment that I received at Windmill far surpasses all of them. All the staff loved on me and believed in me until I could do so for myself. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health issues.

Into action recovery changed my life especially after I came back home to New Mexico. I still have a staff member Corey McCormick who reaches out to see how my recovery is going. Makes me still feel part of the community out there ! And reminds me of my experience strength and hope I gained from my time out there !! 10/10 would recommend for anyone struggling and looking for a solution!

My stay at Discovery pointe was way to too short. The staff was awesome. My therapist Kim was the best. She is really easy to talk to and can relate on many levels. The night nursing crew was the highlight for me. They were very professional and efficient at their job. Nurse Kim really couldn t have been better. She is a real gem. I don t see how anybody could say a bad word about this staff.

Thanks to Donna Henry for taking the time to send me places to call to get into rehab I will be starting my journey to recovery on Friday. I'm excited

My experience with Brittany, an addiction specialist with La Hacienda, occurred by chance. I was given her name as a person that "knew the ins and outs of Texas rehab centers". I finally called her when a different rehab center said they were out of network, but then still recommend La Hacienda and contacting Brittany as a first choice.I was in the position of trying to help my friend recover from a severe addiction. I'd been trying to be effective in my attempts for 2 yrs. I had compromised my rules and boundaries to allow for communication with my friend. I was depressed & overwhelmed with the process. I felt an extreme obligation to make this work at any cost. I further felt failure because I am a physician myself. This is what I am supposed to be capable of doing. This is the state of mind I was in when Brittany answered my phone call.Brittany is a well-organized open book. She weaves her own journey with her extensive knowledge of how addiction works. This made her a welcomed voice of both reason and structure to a rapidly deteriorating situation.We called my friend together. I was worried my friend would simply decline to talk to her or become angry about a percieved ambush. This was his initial reaction. He attempted to end the conversation almost immediately. Brittany used empathy, humor, and an explanation of what the call was truly about - to ask my friend how he was doing allowing for a connection to be made between them. She successfully kept my friend on the phone for over an hour. She had him laughing. I have 15 years of experience being a physician, and I was beyond impressed at Brittany's ability to maintain approachibility while talking about issues that would usually shut my friend down. She bypassed egos, she bypassed the fear of judgement, and the fear of being confronted. I truly felt I was on the phone with the person that would give my friend the best chance at recovery. I now know that feeling occurred because I was on the phone with that person.Brittany also helped me. She helped me realize the limitations of my voice due to my position as a friend. She helped me communicate with my friend's family. She was on the call when my friend's family was introduced to the reality of a situation that had gone unacknowledged for too long. Any acknowledgement they had given the situation resulted in denial of its severity and attempts to correct a complex disease such as addiction with quick, ineffective solutions. I do not blame them. Reality can be devastating.Brittany is an example of how healthcare is supposed to operate - insightful vast knowledge and experience delievered with a compassionate honesty that allows each person involved to be heard.Brittany remained in active contact with me throughout the process. She lent a sympathetic ear to my concerns. I assumed she would not want to hear a story she has likely heard too many times. I was wrong. Every call was met with advice, pointing out incorrect thoughts of self-blame, and an optimism that I could no longer provide.I consider Brittany a friend now. It would be hard not to as she has spoken to my friend and myself with a depth of emotional intelligence and realness that went beyond her responsibilities.Unfortunately, this process can be an extensively exhausting and negative experience.Fortunately, people like Brittany actually exist. I am so thankful for her. I love knowing she is out there helping others.The physician side of me viewed Brittany as an emotionally intelligent, invested, passionate individual that any healthcare provider would consider a central asset to the success of the treatment plan.As this is a Google review, I will attempt to end with a more succinct statement:Brittany saves lives.Brittany gives hope and has the skills to achieve success. I thought my friend was gone. I will forever be thankful and consider myself lucky to have connected with Brittany.Without a doubt, I highly recommend contacting her. It does not matter what stage you or your loved one is in - her addition to the process is invaluable.

Looks great - worth knowing - I this place

I'm going on 80 days sober because this place helped me. I loved the Trauma inpatient program. PHP was okay, I felt like it was lacking counseling and also I felt like it was non stop getting in and out of busses. You'll get your phone on lunch and like 90min on Saturday which is nice. But on Sunday when you should be calling friends and family you don't get your phone. The house on 1st street stayed nasty. I brought it up to the techs several times and nothing changed. I would give this place 5 stars but the aftercare completely sucked. I had no idea how sober houses worked or how to get into one. I had to stress out my final day because I had nowhere to go. Also I had no idea how to get a scholarship or even fill my meds... im in their IOP program currently and I'm enjoying it. Aftercare definitely needs to be worked on. I've also talked to many people after they got through with PHP and they had the same opinion. Thanksz that's my Ted Talk.

The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive.From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery.Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in top noch condition. Everyone who has asked me how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ."I will continue to recommend the SpringBoard center to anyone seeking to end a cycle of addiction.

Symetria Recovery saved my life!! I was driving down the highway suffering major withdraw from opioid addiction. I found Symetria Recovery and they had me in the very next day. When I got tested, I was positive for Fentanyl, which had to of come from something off the street. TLR changed my life. The staff couldn t have been more kind, helpful, and understanding. The equine therapy team was top notch at explaining the subtleties of connection and its importance. The counseling team was excellent. 10/10 would recommend. Never going back, myself. In this field that s a great thing!

This center saved my life. I was admitted to the Fullbrook Center 11 months ago. I was deep in alcohol addiction and had made many feeble attempts at maintaining sobriety (on and off) for the two years prior. After a month of white-knuckling, leading to a relapse, I decided I needed real help. I truly was a lost soul, hopeless, and at the end of my rope at just 24 years old. At the center, I was able to not only overcome my addiction but also release years and years of suppressed trauma. Once I got to the center, within hours I felt safe and knew in my heart this was exactly where I needed to be. The staff is incredible, surrounded by strong, powerful, sober, and intelligent women, it is the perfect space to create success and really, healing. Fullbrook has every dynamic down to a T. They know how to heal and how to treat every client. When I decided to make the leap and give up my life for a month + I did not take this decision lightly but through resources and high regard we found this place, quite literally a godsend.I finally learned how to let go of my addiction and was finally able to start my journey of healing rather than using alcohol and dangerous "coping" skills to feel human. It is the most profound and life-altering experience I have had to this day. I want to thank Fullbrook for everything they have done for me. I genuinely believe they saved my life. They gave me a clean slate to begin to heal... They gave me fellowship and sober laughter!!!! They gave me compassion and strength... They gave me things that at the time I was not capable of giving myself. If you or a loved one needs help, look no further. I can assure you that this is the best place with the best people and the best care. What can you say to someone who has given you back your son? Thanks is not enough not even close! If you are reading these reviews, and you have a loved one dealing with addiction issues, you know it feels like this crazy, terrible, fear-fueled circus ride you are on, and even when you are begging for it to stop, it just keeps going! All the while, you love the person, but you feel helpless to help them.We felt we had lost our son to drugs about 8 years ago, so when we sat down in 2023 to talk to the team at Lighthouse, we were tired, devastated and fearful of our son s future. We did not know what to do, but the destruction of addiction had taken a terrible toll on our family. I had heard about Lighthouse from my son s doctor about 3 years earlier, and I had even called and talked to a friendly, young man at Lighthouse named Grant. He was amazing and helpful. But, my son was not ready to go. Grant gave me options and said to call him if I needed any other help.Fast forward 3 years. We tried to talk to him. We cried. We pleaded to stop the drugs. Finally, we told him he would have to move from our home. We offered rehab and said we were 110% behind recovery but would no longer be able to help him while he chose drugs. I felt my heart breaking! It was interesting to see how over the last eight years, he had lost jobs, friends and so much money over this drug. Now, no one was bailing him out and no friends were opening up their doors for him to come stay with them.History: Our son had graduated at the top of his class. He had taken Calculus and was in National Honor Society. He had been an active youth leader in our church! How could he have chosen to start smoking weed? And what started as a fun past time with friends, quickly spiraled downward into an all encompassing addiction that would take every dime, and every thought from him . It demanded everything from him.In April of 2023, our son hit a bottom, and my dear Uncle was able to talk to him, and he called us and said he would go to rehab. While at rehab, we gingerly started talking about sober living. At first it was a resounding no , but we told him we had looked at the top sober living homes in Dallas, and Lighthouse came out on top for us. We told him that everyone was kind and helpful.Lighthouse is amazing. A young man named Augie told us his story and the part about living in his truck was similar to our son s story. We also met Frankie who helped give us a tour of one of the homes. He answered questions. Grant was right there too! They offered hope! But the best is that our son then talked to Grant while in rehab, and he started considering it. He entered Lighthouse July 1, and he was there 10 months. He did the full program at Lighthouse! It was such a great program!Tears fill my eyes on this next part, he called me today on FaceTime to show me his Christmas tree, and the X-box he had purchased from a pawn shop! He has pawned so many gaming systems for drugs in the past, and now he had purchased one from a pawn store! By the way, while at Lighthouse, he saved and bought a car on his own (men at Lighthouse mentored him on finances). He got a good job while at Lighthouse! He is now living in a nice apartment, has a dog and a girlfriend. He has been at his job 14 months. And he was calling to invite his mom and dad to dinner! Like I said, Thank you is just not enough!The staff is incredible! Bryce and Frankie are so good with our son. They still mentor him. Steve mentored him and taught him how to handle his finances. Dr Keels is wise and insightful in the middle of it all, and we needed that! Mike Jones has assembled an all-star team that gives young men their lives back.We had to get creative with our finances to do this step. I want to be honest about that, but there are so many ways to get creative, and we just felt we had to give our son this shot .. worth every penny!I cannot recommend Lighthouse enough!! I know the pain of losing my son for years, and now getting him back! PRICELESS!! And I pray that for you too!

Positive Recovery is an amazing place for substance abuse treatment! The counselors are compassionate and treat clients like family from the moment you walk in the door. Counselors take time getting to know clients so they can build individualized treatment plans. After you graduate, after care is available for continued support. Highly recommend!!

The staff at MTR was fantastic I felt loved and supported the whole time I was there.

Arturo is the best! He was wonderful at explaining greenhouse out patient program on the tour. His hospitality is top notch and he is a caring person. I greatly appreciate him! He needs a raise!!
