I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can t heal you. If you don t put in the work- you can t get better. So make sure you are determined to conquer your disease. You can do it. If I can crawl out of the deep pits- you can too. You have to hold on to their words and use the skills they teach you. Be willing to grow. She listens and cares deeply about her guests. I am part of a group therapy also and it s incredible. Our instructor Angie is amazing. What a beautiful teacher.

Kaylie Hall is by far one of the Greatest Therapist, and has made a major impact on our family. There are really no words to express our gratitude!!

The staff is the most caring understanding and excellent that I've ever had to deal with.

Believe me, because of the experience I lived in this place, they don't want to come to Steps House Rehabilitation Services. Most of the employees don't have education or training to be counselors, they all smoke cigarettes and do it in any area. If you really want to be sober, get away from this place because the only thing you are going to get is to make your health worse. In my opinion, it isn't a therapeutic environment that will help you recover.

So this is my 15th day here. I m still holding my breathe over giving all 5 stars BUT I won t be able to much longer since I ve put on 4 pounds since being here and my jeans are fitting a lot snugger! The food here is never BAD. In fact most days it s GREAT! Something people that have left previous reviews must have forgot is they don t HAVE TO be here! They could ve stayed or if they want go BACK to prison. Being here IS part of your prison sentence. Whatever amount of time spent here IS the time remaining on each residents sentence. The last year or last six months of any inmates sentence can be spent HERE. Inmates DO NOT have to come here for their 1/2 way house. Being here is a privilege! In two weeks time they ve helped me get enrolled in a trade school. NO COST to me! FREE! New backpack FREE! aaaand $25 gift card for signing up for a class they re paying for! Yes they re rules but rents free they feed you three meals a day, between meals they ll give you a peanut butter sandwich WITH jelly! Life is what ya make it people, stay positive!
