I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.

My recent stay at S2L was life-changing. For years, I have been struggling with depression, anxiety, alcohol, addiction, etc. I saw help and was given methods, steps, ways to cope with the things I was dealing with. But I always knew deep down that this was a Band-Aid approach.I have been a Christian for a long time, but my faith was very weak at best, all but dead. I thought I was going to just have to suck it up and live with my problems, coping the best I could, for the rest of my life. But God had other plans. He led me to S2L where I learned, or was reminded of, my true identity in Christ. They taught me of all the spiritual blessings I had because of what Jesus had done for me on the cross, how I was a son of the King himself, filled with the Holy Spirit, and that all I needed was Him. JPATR was a fantastic experience! The detox team was there at any moment to make sure the uncomfortability of detox was made as comfortable as possible. Some of my therapist have been AMAZING and some not so helpful I think my favorite therapist and the most helpful was Rebecca Stamps I miss her I wish I could still be on her case load. The therapists I have seen could be better I m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it s hard to explain how I feel but I don t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it s just the certain therapists that aren t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that.

The most absolute amazing office hands down. I've ever been to in my thirty six years earth! You walk in and they you feel welcome! Dr. Romeo is the best with treating any SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
