I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS.This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS,This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at.I hope this helps.Response from the owner an hour agoOldsunday, thank you for the high star rating!Thank you for your response,To be clear your location is very well kept and the staff has always been friendly. I was blessed to be able to go through their program. The staff is caring and attentive. This program helped save my life. As with anything any experience is going to be what you make of it and they will work just as hard as you do. I highly recommend them. I spent years suffering in my addiction. Years of using people places and things to try to fill that hole. Some of my therapist have been AMAZING and some not so helpful I think my favorite therapist and the most helpful was Rebecca Stamps I miss her I wish I could still be on her case load. The therapists I have seen could be better I m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it s hard to explain how I feel but I don t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it s just the certain therapists that aren t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that.

None of the other programs that I have attended can be compared to the program offered by Place of Hope, I think this place is the best option for anyone suffering from any addition, the staff treats with love to be healed and come back to be happy. My recent stay at S2L was life-changing. For years, I have been struggling with depression, anxiety, alcohol, addiction, etc. I saw help and was given methods, steps, ways to cope with the things I was dealing with. But I always knew deep down that this was a Band-Aid approach.I have been a Christian for a long time, but my faith was very weak at best, all but dead. I thought I was going to just have to suck it up and live with my problems, coping the best I could, for the rest of my life. But God had other plans. He led me to S2L where I learned, or was reminded of, my true identity in Christ. They taught me of all the spiritual blessings I had because of what Jesus had done for me on the cross, how I was a son of the King himself, filled with the Holy Spirit, and that all I needed was Him.
