I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS.This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS,This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at.I hope this helps.Response from the owner an hour agoOldsunday, thank you for the high star rating!Thank you for your response,To be clear your location is very well kept and the staff has always been friendly. The 4 stars is in regards to how well managed your location is. I just hate that the times are changing where everything has to default to a call center. It's something you are being made to do.

I was at genesis a little over a year ago when I decided to change my life. Couldn t imagine a better place to begin the recovery process. Both the techs and nurses were beyond amazing. Anytime I needed to talk the techs were available and more than willing to listen. The absolute hell that active addiction is does not have to control your life. Genesis was the stepping stone that led me to recovery. If you re struggling with addiction reach out for help.

Some of my therapist have been AMAZING and some not so helpful I think my favorite therapist and the most helpful was Rebecca Stamps I miss her I wish I could still be on her case load. The therapists I have seen could be better I m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it s hard to explain how I feel but I don t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it s just the certain therapists that aren t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that.

The staff has alot to deal with..But they get things done for the most part..We all just need to be more patient.

The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person, always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian, the Nurse, is always so much help when you need her, she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also, the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well, when you need them. They have been so Good to Us, We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year!! None of the other programs that I have attended can be compared to the program offered by Place of Hope, I think this place is the best option for anyone suffering from any addition, the staff treats with love to be healed and come back to be happy. Thanks to this program I'm now closer to God, I noticed the damage that was causing not only to me but also the people I love. They saved my life and I don't have enough words to say thank you!

I have been going too spero health for almost 3 years and i really do love coming here. I could stay home and do this online but because this place is as great as it is id rather drive 45 / 50 minutes too come here. The doctor is amazing, the staff is so nicely characterized. Nobody here is judgemental towards you. Ive never had any majors problems here and any minor problems such as insurance or whatever it may be has always been taken care of fastly. They listen and care. Thank you spero health.

Spero health has completely turned my life around, people are always scared to come to these places because of judgement, but I have been shown nothing but respect and grace since coming here. The staff has been awesome in my recovery journey I will never go anywhere else.
