I've been here twice, and I've been in a couple other facilities, this is by far the best place I've been to. The staff are INCREABLY reliable, Ms. Amy is a first shift lead tech, she is the reason I am writing this, and she is always there to make things fun, more interesting, while holding boundaries. I really recommend this place, everyone is so caring and has the best intentions.P.S.I saw a couple full moons here, kinda strange,And Ms. Amy might try to make you write a reviewAnd for Ms. Amy: sorry it took me so long to write this, hope you're doing great.
Erlanger is great for kids with autism and mental health problems. They were kind and helpful! They gave me more information about my son and his behavior in one phone call than another inpatient treatment center did in a month! Most of the staff were professional and obviously cared about their clients. They get 4 stars because there were some communication challenges they need to work on. My son is healing.
