Meh it was ok

Been going for quite a long time. I have a med provider, a therapist and a case manager and they have been really good to me.I would not be where I am today without their help :)

Lived there in the past. Great place for recovery if you are serious. There's alot of sobriety and "Old Timers" in those walls.

I am a local Doula of Cookeville, Tennessee and owner of let s Doula this. I had a client in labor and delivery there. I was there for the very first time. The labor and delivery nurses overnight and daytime were amazing! They were compassionate kind and over the top with my client and even myself. The rooms were clean and accommodating. They were super compassionate when my client had an issue with an epidural and the anesthesiologist ( that s a totally different story, but I d be willing to chat about if someone wants me to call them)But Jamie kaylinn , Katelyn and Erica were amazing!!! You were all a pleasure to work with thank you so much!

I just can't think of a place capable of doing what they for me, since the first week I felt I was changing for good and learned a lot of things that are still helping me nowadays.

I highly recommend Cumberland Mental Health as your health care provider for your mental health needs or whatever type of services you're seeking help with. I myself have been a patient of Cumberland Mental Health for quite some time.. years.. I started off going to the Hendersonville location yrs bk when I lived out that way,, which I also have nothing but great things to say about that location as well. I've also been to the Gallatin location. Their staff is amazing!! Always SO fiendly, informative, helpful, & there to greet you with a smile as you walk in... There's nothing worse then going into a Dr.s office (where post people would rather go/be anywhere else but the doctors.. lol) & not being greeted at all, or being given the stare down face that gives the look of the ole "Who are you? Why are you here? What do you want..?!" kinda face... lol! Ugh that's the worst! No worries for that when you walk into any of the Cumberland Mental Health offices! I can assure you of that! Front desk staff are always so sweet, helpful, & get you checked in in a timely organized fashion.. No chaos, confusion , or waiting to be seen for hours past your appointment time.. I can say in all honesty I've never had to wait longer then 10 to 15mins at the most to be called back. That's a huge deal for us mommy's, working moms (& dads), or all humans in general.. We all have things to do, & places to be.. So sitting in a doctor's office waiting room is never ideal for anyone. At the same time, things do happen & I always understand when a Dr. or therapist is running behind one day or overflowed with patients/appts.. I get it. They're doing their jobs & they're doing it to the best of their ability to help all of us. So for me personally. So to wrap this up... I personally love Cumberland Mental Health & all their staff. Not just my provider... the secatorial ladies, the nurse, the therapist/case workers who never fail to always take a few minutes to tlk with me, ask me if I'm doing well, or if I need anything! Not only in the office, but they call periodically through the month to check up on me and that's so important and kind in my opinion! They're a solid 5 star doctor's office in my book!

I was here 10 days ago and um it was apretty nace hospital I was in the adosclent floor and it was pretty well I wish I would have stayed longer.

I am not asking you to believe everything they say but believe me who previously was in a situation very similar to yours. These people will do everything in their hands to help you get over your condition and as they did with me I am sure you will get the help you need to be able to recover.

I ve been going here for more than five years now and it s been wonderful. I ve only had few issues that were resolved quickly. My case manager and therapist listen to my needs and go above and beyond to make sure that i have the resources i need.

I've been going to mental health places all my life. Most I've had bad experiences at. I recently moved here and gave them a call on a bad day asking for services. I was greeted with kind and calming voices and some awesome ladies who understood the help I needed. This place has out done all of the places I've been too.

Nice people. Professional & caring in a tough world.

Besides a really bad fainting incident, I enjoyed my time at this facility. Most of the staff were attentive and the food was excellent. It didn't feel like a psych ward. I liked the routine.

S2L was the right choice . This place truly changed me and through Christ I have been giving a brand new vision on life . I came here completely lost and broken . Now I have purpose and am free from my old self and I m not worried about anything anymore I m completely content in my own skin not needing anything but the word of God because I am a child of God and he has my back ! God has giving me a new spirt . I highly suggest S2L to anyone looking to be the best version of them Selves .
