About Still Detox

Situated in Boca Raton, just north of Pompano Beach, Still Detox provides the therapeutic interventions you need to renew and restore your life. We offer luxury amenities and modern accommodations to complement your customized treatment plan and help you find lasting sobriety. Amenities include private rooms, luxurious beds, ample space for your personal belongings, outdoor activities and personalized meals.

Our mental health professionals have more than 200 years of cumulative experience that they bring to each person’s personalized treatment plan. We provide medically supervised and medically assisted detoxification, comprehensive inpatient treatment and long-term residential treatment. Comprehensive inpatient treatment may last 30 to 90 days but long-term residential treatment typically takes several months to a year or more. Extended therapy provides sufficient time to learn new behaviors and establish a strong support network.

We use more than 10 proven and evidence-based therapies. A significant number of people with an addiction to drugs or alcohol also have a co-occurring mental health condition. This is called a dual diagnosis, which requires specialized and integrated care to increase the potential for successful treatment. We offer specialized dual diagnosis treatment when your diagnostic evaluation identifies a mental health condition.

We recognize the benefits of service animals to your recovery. Unlike most facilities, we welcome your service animals and understand the important role they play in your life. We also recognize the importance of treating the whole person using an integrated holistic approach to care. Your care plan may be tailored to include acupuncture, yoga, meditation or physical therapy.

We believe that an addiction does not have to define your future. Drug and alcohol addiction can lead to job loss, financial problems, chronic health issues and legal troubles. Most insurance providers must offer coverage for addiction and mental health treatment. Outpatient

Outpatient programs can offer various levels of intensity so you can receive treatment while still being able to live at home. These programs are more flexible than an inpatient or residential treatment program. They typically focus on relapse prevention and developing healthy coping strategies. Inpatient

Our inpatient and residential treatment programs at Still Detox provide an immersive environment and enable you to live at our facility 24/7. We’ll develop a customized program to meet your needs for intensity and duration. Our long-term residential treatment can last up to one year and allows you to develop the necessary coping strategies and life skills necessary to achieve and maintain sobriety.

Intensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs provide a rigorous treatment schedule that’s often similar to those in an inpatient setting. Living at home gives you greater flexibility to meet many of your work and school obligations. These programs are ideal when you do not require 24/7 supervision.

Sober Living Homes

Sober living homes provide a drug-free environment that helps reduce distractions as you reintegrate into the community. This fosters a sense of community and helps you build a network of peers who can hold you accountable during your recovery journey. You typically must adhere to the house rules which typically include shared chores and attending group meetings.

Intervention Services

Intervention services are a unique program that helps you recognize the need for treatment. Interventions are carefully planned meetings that typically involve family and friends and may be guided by a professional interventionist. The goal is to motivate you to seek help at an appropriate addiction center that can personalize your treatment plan.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Partial hospitalization programs are intensive outpatient addiction and mental health treatment options that allow you to live at home while receiving structured treatment. These programs provide a bridge between residential treatment and traditional outpatient care. You typically engage in evidence-based therapy for several hours each day. These programs combine intensive care with the flexibility of outpatient services.

24-Hour Clinical Care

24-hour clinical care programs are designed to provide you with hospital-based, continuous support if you struggle with severe addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. These programs provide immediate interventions and ongoing monitoring. They’re designed to offer around-the-clock medical supervision that can also initially address detox and withdrawal symptoms.

Medically Assisted Detox

Our medically assisted detox program uses FDA-approved medications to ease severe withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Detoxification is an essential first step toward recovery but it is not a cure. We strongly believe proper care is essential to achieve lasting sobriety. Our clients benefit from continuous medical monitoring and specialized treatment for a comfortable and safe process.

Military Program

Clinical Services

Still detox saved my life they were able to give me a lift up back to sobriety. I want to thank all the nurses who took care of me. The tech were supportive respectful, and we re always available when needed my case manager was very helpful with helping me through the confusing paperwork and any questions with an overflowing plate he found time to fit me in thank you Cole .A special thanks to Shannon, You and your boy will always have a special place in my heart. My stay here thru the month of December and into the new year was way better than I imagined it would be! This place really helped me a lot to get off everything and get me into a whole new life this was my 8th time being in a place like this, and because of how much these people has helped me, I can confidently say I hope it s my last. Natalie, the therapist, is one of the only reasons that made this experience bearable. She genuinely cares for each client and extremely compassionate. I never felt judged when speaking with her. My son was there for around a month and had fantastic therapists. The only reason I give a four star instead of five is that a very dubious financial situation arose in which someone claiming to be the financial director spoke to me for over an hour one day and then completely disappeared afterwards. Besides that, it was a good experience.

Still detox changed my life for the better. Still currently in an after treatment program, but Still detox made my "detox" phase manageable with the help of amazing nurses, and techs that were there for me when I wasn't able to be there for myself. I don't think I should say names, but the staff members there know who they are, and now have a place on my gratitude list and heart.
