One star was my lowest option or else it would have been ZERO. This is facility is by far the hardest place I ve ever dealt with in regards booking an appointment in a reasonable amount of time Every time I ve had an appt it s been 45 min to an hour past my scheduled time to be seen before I m called back for the initial screening. Once in the exam room, the pattern has been 30 plus minutes before seeing the provider. If your time is of value, and you want quality health care, I would seriously consider other options than this facility.

I used to love this clinic! But they are the only general practitioner office I ve found that is still operating as if it is still the height of Covid. I had a fever, cough and runny nose. I was not allowed to enter the clinic even after I was swabbed by them in my car, whilst the Nurse was in an hazmat outfit and I tested negative for flu, strep and Covid. They still made me do a telehealth, because there was a chance they tested me too soon. And I was told to go to an urgent care instead. Ridiculous. Used to be amazing! They are not realizing most general drs are used for the sniffles and fevers, if you can t look at me in person after I tested negative for all the big regular sicknesses, what s the point of the office???

I'm very pleased with this doctor's office! I actually went to the wrong office and am so glad I did! (Now a patient there). From all of the staff to Dr.Jordon it was a wonderful experience! She is great! Everyone was so polite and pleasant to deal with. Not to mention how clean it is! It's hard to find a Dr/staff that is wonderful. I highly recommend this place!!

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).society. SLHs also provide a strong sense of community that can lead to the kind of deep and lasting connections with other sober individuals that supports a new, healthy lifestyle.

Programs

Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

I have been using this facility for about 20 years and feel that I get excellent care. The PA I see now, Jessica Battaglia, is very good. She listens and discusses my health with me instead of talking at me. If I send her a message through the portal, she responds within 24 hrs.

This is the absolute worst facility I've ever been to. Getting an appointment is near impossible because you have to practically hire a Private Investigator to find when they are actually open. They would much rather make you so frustrated that you go recieve health elsewhere. Avoid at all costs and just spend that extra time driving into Fayetteville or Dunn.

This place has been very helpful! They were able to get me in as a new patient this summer earlier than expected because they called me when an appointment slot came up. The PA I have seen, Jessica Battaglia, has been so genuine and helpful! She takes the time to explain everything to patients, and truly listens with any questions! She also goes above and beyond to makes patients feel at home. She is truly a gem.

Excellent, I did have to wait two months for an appointment but it was worth the wait. Everyone was very professional and I was treated with care.Unless I move out of the area this will be my doctor for Life. Dr. Song you are great!

This place is awful. First, we had to wait over 2 months for a new appointment for my 8 year old. Then, when the day came and we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes for them to tell us my 3 year couldn't come to the appointments with us. Lastly, after they finally agreed to see us, they told us my 8 year old couldn't been seen about a stomach issue because they didn't have her shot record. Don't waste your time. Definitely, wasted mine.

Dr. Wise is excellent! She really listened to my problems and is actively trying to get to the root of any issues. Best doctor I've ever dealt with.
