I have 1 star because I was physically and technically safe during my stay. But please find another option if you can. My 4 day stay was awful. The staff are jaded and apathetic. It s like a prison. I saw an actual psychiatrist for 5 minutes a day over video. He didn t have or ask for my medical history before putting me on meds. It s a depressing, dirty, and ineffective place. There are no therapy sessions or groups like to website says. There is no caring or nurturing. It s as if we are being punished for being mentally ill. This place needs a total overhaul if it s to be what it advertised itself to be. .

Ok soooooo the other reviews were right. This place isn't the best place to stay over night. When you push the call light, suffering from pain they take forever to come. I had a hip replacement. And obviously have a hard time walking. A few times I had to disconnect my compression boots and walk the halls to find my nurse. Just now I was waiting 20 minutes. No answer to my call light. I had to call the hospital to connect me to the nursing station to call my nurse. That was 10 minutes ago and she's still not here. I cant wait to go home

My mom s bandages were never changed for five days. She left with no prescriptions or supplies. Even though it said on her discharge paperwork that she needed these prescriptions.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Clients receiving treatment at an outpatient rehab typically do not require hospitalization or intensive supervision and support. Outpatient addiction counseling and recovery education are often offered during the morning, evening, night, and weekend, allowing clients to tailor treatment to their own schedule. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are the most time-intensive and are designed for clients who are at an increased relapse risk and/or who need more robust therapeutic support.
inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care

Usually done in an inpatient setting, your vitals signs and overall well being are consistently monitored and rechecked in order to keep you safe and ensure the detox is successful.

Treatments

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Hospital ER the worst experience over an 8 hour wait for a friend to be taken into a ER bay, another couple of hours to wait for a nurse or doctor, not one medical staff member came by to check in during the last two hours while in the ER bay bed. The air conditioning was not working and explain how a staff member is sitting at her desk with rotating fan to keep herself cool but no accommodations made for patients who don t have access to fans. Something is very wrong with this picture. Horrible!!!! Don t come here not worth the time!!

Very disappointed with this place right now the stay was good and I was very thankful for the staff for being good ppl and taking there time to help me during my stay but my property that I had given and made sure was bagged and labeled with my name was not returned to me . I have tried contacting multiple ppl and the help they had given was not helpful at all it actually made it harder for me to figure out what I should do . Emails were sent and few calls were made a employee that works at this facility even blocked my email. I have mental health problems and it has been kind of been making me have small anxiety attacks . Very disappointed.R.W

Wanted to start off by saying ROSLYN (ROZLYN?) in Admitting cannot be trusted to look through your paperwork/in-processing documentation. If you are unfortunate enough to receive her as the person in-processing you for your hospital visit, do yourself a favor and request someone else IMMEDIATELY.I needed an MRI for my back due to crippling pain. I sent in a 5-Page document that contained ON PAGE 3 the referral for the procedure. She claimed that there was no referral on the paperwork that I sent in (it was on Page 3). I IMMEDIATELY called SPECIAL ATTENTION to Page 3 of the document. I politely said "Please humor me and scroll down to Page 3 of the document", where I read the referral word-for-word.Again and again, she told me that we must be looking at two separate documents. She said "I've seen tons of referrals, this is my job sweetie. I know what a referral looks like, and this is not it. Sorry but I have other patients who need me". This was over the course of multiple phone calls. After she hung up on me, she called me back 30 minutes later; "Ohhh I see it here on ummm... page 3?". Yes, you see it right where I tried multiple times to call your attention to it.She never apologized. She did thank me for being patient with her. The cherry on top? She's who in-processed me into the hospital upon my arrival. On top of this, my MRI results were never faxed to my doctor even though at the conclusion of my appointment, I specifically requested that they needed to be.I will never schedule care here ever again for any health issue. If you're fortunate enough to have a choice in where you receive care, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.GET NEW ADMITTANCE STAFF. The incompetence here is otherworldly. The specific function of this staff is to ensure that patients are able to receive care. I absolutely was failed at this level.

I checked in at 11pm and didn't get any help till over 4 hrs later after I had to call 911 and ask them to pick me up from there, they had to call the hospital and complain for me to get them to help me. Then they admitted me and just let me sit there till almost 10 am & transferred me somewhere else. Over night Security don't work, anyone was walking in and out without being checked. They're just on the phone talking sitting around. Smh. I'd never come here again voluntarily...
