I know that this is a wonderful organization. They help many people and they have a religious based organization.

I had an MRI. Everyone was so professional and kind. I truly appreciated the care I received. I would highly recommend this facility.

This place LITERALLY saved my life!!! I could not have asked for a better counselor Debbie is the absolute best and my nurse practitioner Darci is unbelievable and the peer support staff they have is out of this world,Ricky, Derek and Ms.Audrey is just totally awesome.Each and everyone of these ppl I have mentioned goes above and beyond there job title they are just simply the best of the best ..I thank each and every one of them for being apart of my grief and sobriety journey..

After reading some of the misguided comments directed at Dr. Boppana, I felt it necessary to add a counterpoint. I m so glad to have been assigned to this outstanding physician. Although his personal inclination is to not make much eye to eye contact, he is very attentive to what is being said by redirecting his focus away from the speaker. In so far as putting in a Bluetooth device while the patient is still speaking, this is in order to proceed directly into making the necessary consults in order to address the issues being described to him in real time. I was personally helped by his calling of no less than three people in order to accommodate my needs. Thank you Dr. Boppana.

I have the best Therapist ever. You couldn't get any better. I highly recommend this place for help for all mental and addictive issues.

I came to PMC because my bipolar meds weren t working & I asked for help. Most of the staff was AMAZING - especially the nurses & Dr Micah. Great place to go to. They have doctors and counselors here who really listen to u and help u as much as they can in any way possible. Dr. Williamson is fantastic and she's a very caring person. They will find u the right kind of treatment as long as u work with em and allow em to help

This place saved my life , I was literally done fighting , I had tried 10+ other her detoxes programs and places , and none of them did what keystone will do for you. I m 6 months clean and restoring some normal back in my life.Thank you staff and thank you other addicts for being there for me in that time of my life !

As an employee of New Hope Treatment Center since 2022, I have been able to see the company grow and put so many resources in for the staff and the residents. I have also been able to be an internship at New Hope, and work with the residents and see how their being cared for on a day to day basis. I love the fact that residents are cared for in all parts of life while at New Hope, from mental health, physical health, nutrition, dietary, recreational therapy, therapy, family therapy, and the many different team members that each resident comes into contact with to support them along their journey. As a Transition Specialist with the Bridge Program at New Hope, I am able to work with the parents while their children are at New Hope which helps with the transition back into the home with the family.

I see Dr. Fields and as someone who isn t looking for prescriptions and actually wants help for a quality life . I just want to praise this Lady . I can tell she s very busy as it is a clinic atmosphere. But I feel she genuinely cares about these illness s and is very educated and equipped with the tools needed to help people like myself .For once in my 32 years of life I feel optimistic. I just thought that was worth leaving a review in case it matters to any of you . So , Thank you Eve Fields !

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app.2- Didn't like their tone.3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago.Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family.But I'd like to address these complaints in order:1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar?I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function? Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us.Do push-ups 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate.Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed".If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions Seriously!?OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then?They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship.They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego 3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different.Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

I usually don t like atrium facilities, but this hospital was great. My 6 week old daughter was screaming in pain and we brought her in, she was seen very quickly, we only waited about 15 minutes in the er room for the dr. Dr Crenshaw examined my daughter, and was very sweet and gentle with her, and let me hold her through the exam. My daughter picked up a bug somewhere but also had bad gas pains, and was in so much pain she couldn t stop crying and she couldn t sleep. She s so young I can t give her medicine at home, she s too young even for infant medicines. They gave her Tylenol in the er and she finally slept. May not sound like they did a lot, but they helped put two new parents at ease knowing she was okay, and they gave my daughter the relief she needed to calm down and get some rest. Thank you Dr Crenshaw and teamOnly reason it s 4 stars and not 5 is there was poop on the vitals room floor
