Drug Rehab Centers in Saint Matthews, South Carolina

I just started going to this VA and so far the experience has been really good. My care team was really nice and helpful. When I went to the VA for my ID card, lab, immunizations, and an X-ray, I was surprised to find that ALL of the staff was courteous and respectful. I moved through each clinic with no issues and very little waiting. I give this VA a level 4 rating only because there is not enough parking.Update: I ve been to this VA now quite a few times and I am still treated kindly and respectfully. I recently had an appointment with the PT/CT clinic and when I arrived, I was directed to another location. When I arrived to the new location, I was informed that I was STILL not in the right spot. At that point I was already 20 minutes late to my appointment. A staff member personally walked me to the correct location and made sure I checked in without issue. The NP for my appointment was very understanding and saw me right away. After my appointment, I received an online survey about the appointment and I filled it out - letting them know about the mixup in locations. Just a few hours after submitting the survey, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE VA TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISINFORMATION! A veteran, and staff member, called to ask what happened and apologize for the issue at the VA. He said they would fix the problem immediately.IMO, you can t get better service than this!!!!

Natalie Watkins, Trosa changed my life for the better. I was a mess, I was never homeless or jobless in my term I was a functioning addict. To me I was perfect; once I got accepted into Trosa, wow that experience was one of the best things I could have ever done. It taught me how to respect others and to cherish the small things in life. Trosa is an amazing organization, there you have the tools to open any door to a better you, life, it teaches you how to build beautiful relationships with total strangers. I went on March 4th, 2019 and stayed there until June of 3021. If you are serious about changing your life for the better call they will be there for 100%. I'm not sure if I can name certain staff, but for the whole they want to see you succeed in your new journey in life. Amazing group of recovering addicts are there for you. They have traveled the same road as you have, they just decided to make a leap for the better things in life, if they did it so can you.

The doctor is amazing. The staff are good. The nurse never answers the phone and hardly ever calls back until the 3rd message. I've contacted the directors and they are aware. If doctor b and the staff can do so much I just really dont understand how this nurse cant. It's very frustrating. One again, do tor b is amazing. Love her.

It helps kids in need

I entered into Battered, but not broken. After being incarcerated for a few years. This program has changed my life. It has led me into becoming a better mother, daughter, Member in society today. The program will do for you what you couldn’t do for yourself as long as you’re willing. Thanks for everything you’ve done for me today.
