I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!
This has been an excellent experience filled with caring and skilled professionals. I feel safe, respected, known, and cared for. Everyone from Frank to Barry to my therapist, Lindsey, have all been dedicated and invested in my wellbeing. The facility has been useful in treating both primary mental illness as well as co-occurring addiction. They also cater well to medical professionals and a variety of ages. The facility is in compliance with monitoring. They have therapists, support staff, and a prescriber. I have enjoyed PHP and will be starting IOP soon. I have nothing but positive things to say!
I understand everyone's issue but folks you really need to be more thankful for the medical personnel that did show up to care for us. People aren't perfect let's remember that. Be blessed everyone!
