I had an assessment done today. My over all experience was great. Everyone who I came in contact with was very helpful. Although I didn t have an appointment, the process was fairly quick. Macie was great on helping me, and explaining everything to do with finances. Beth was very helpful on making you feel at ease as well. All those places can be a pain from time to time, but from what I experienced, I was very pleased. Thank you ladies very much.

Professionalism is shown the moment you enter with friendly, welcoming smiles from the administrative team and by experts such as psychiatrists, nurses, and counselors, who provide clinical services including services in Spanish.The Berkeley Community Health Center provides Mental health crisis services, case management, outpatient counseling and psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Berkeley county. These services are much needed in the world we live in today impacting our children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. Prior reviews are just a sign of so much negativity in the world we are living in these days and there are so many unseen conditions affecting cognitive behaviors.With a clear vision and mission to serve our community, Berkeley Community Health Center, practices their values of respect, professionalism and commitment to quality in a world full of diversity. And, they do not discriminate or refuse services to anyone based on age, sex, gender, race, religion, disability, national origin, health status, sexual orientation or economic status.From past traumas and all my personal issues post covid I had to deal with not limited to the arrival of my mother in law- marriage crisis- to depression-anxiety and unseen illness-fibromyalgia.I was overwhelmed but I now I am so grateful for Berkeley Community Health Center I appreciate them so much for making me stronger and giving me the tools to continue my day to day life s journey. A friend approached my husband with some family issues and my husband recommended mental health and my elderly mother goes to therapy in Spanish. Her anxiety has lessened and she has a better quality of life. For example, If you have a scratch- you place a bandaid but if you experience a broken arm you go to the doctor . Same with unseen issues or that feeling of being overwhelmed, I highly recommend Berkeley Community Health Center.

The facility really helped out my daughter! The nurses, staff, therapists and everyone who was involved in her treatment plan were nothing less than amazing! Highly recommend for any teen who is having mental health issues.

The ladies working up front were really nice. I took the ADSAP class and Monique was the counselor teaching it. She was super down to earth and easy to get along with and did a great class. The other 9 people in the class were also easy to get along with. All in all, I had a great experience.

I love this place! Was the best place that I found help for my son! Miss Jackie is a wonderful person. She really cares.

First time here at the emergency room. It's a small but clean hospital. The service was quick getting in but test results seemed to take forever especially the blood work. The staff that I encountered were great. They referred me to the advanced wound care center for follow up treatment. And that experience was even better.

In my experience they truly have cared and have worked to help my loved one who struggles with addiction. Very professional.

This completely changed my life, crossroads treatment center on Mall drive knows each and every one of their patients by their first and last name. You are not just a number and you are not just a patient. They genuinely care about your well-being I went up to 125MG in '17 & I'm on 15mg now . You have to want a different life in order for it to work

Charleston Recovery Center was a totally different journey compared to treatment centers I had gone to in South Florida. It s a comfortable, family feel that gives you the time, space, and peace to heal. I was able to get to the root of my disease and build a fellowship of amazing people that are so important to me!

CBH or as of now BGH has honestly save my daughter's life!! When she finally decided to get help CBH made her feel welcomed and they're all very understanding, not judgemental. Within 1 year my daughter got her driver's license back, got a job, her own place and she got back full custody of all three of her children!! Now she has a beautiful home, a nice SUV and money in not only her checking account but in her savings account as well!!! Had it not been for CBH I know in my heart that my grandchildren & I would've lost her.. So a Big thank you to all the nurses & staff for saving my daughter's life. A special thanks to my daughter's counselor Kristy for actually caring about my daughter, always being so helpful and even when you're busy you make time for Sarah. Thank you all so so much
