About Solution Based Treatment

Solution Based Treatment and Detox is located in Murrietta, California. They have alcohol and drug rehab programs that include residential treatment and outpatient services for men and women. They also have specialty programs such as faith healing, dual diagnosis tracks, and relapse prevention classes.

The residential program offers 24/7 supervision in a safe environment that resembles a home. Residential care is gender specific, which means there are no coed facilities. In these settings, you’ll have individual therapy, group therapy, and life skills classes. You’ll also participate in workshops to better understand your addiction. Meals are provided, and depending on your residential home, you might have onsite laundry, a backyard, and weekend excursions. The program can last between 30 to 60 days.

Once your inpatient program is done, you’ll descale to an outpatient program, depending on the severity of your condition. The partial hospitalization program offers medication assisted treatment, which can help manage your cravings and help keep you from relapsing during treatment.

The intensive outpatient program gives you more flexibility as you meet your group and therapists regularly throughout the week. You’ll continue your individual therapy, group therapy, relapse prevention programming, and skills classes.

While you’re in outpatient, you’ll have the option of staying at a sober living home rather than going back to your regular home. Sober living gives more structure if you need it, and you’ll slowly transition back to your routine. There’s chores, curfews, and additional group meetings. Residents must participate in outpatient treatment and must follow house rules.

outpatient iconOutpatient

Clients receiving treatment at an outpatient rehab typically do not require hospitalization or intensive supervision and support. Outpatient addiction counseling and recovery education are often offered during the morning, evening, night, and weekend, allowing clients to tailor treatment to their own schedule. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are the most time-intensive and are designed for clients who are at an increased relapse risk and/or who need more robust therapeutic support.

inpatient iconInpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

aftercare iconAftercare

Rehab aftercare programs offer clients in addiction recovery a robust continuum of care after clients have completed active treatment. These services address recovery as a life-long process and are designed to evolve with clients' changing needs. Clients may partner with their case managers and/or addiction recovery team to identify the rehab aftercare services that are right for them. They may receive career counseling, housing assistance, peer coaching, 12 step program induction, among many other services.

12-step icon12-Step

Participants engaged in 12 step programs receive intensive peer coaching (sponsorship) and community support. Spiritual development as a means of achieving psychological and emotional healing and growth is the cornerstone of 12 step recovery, but religious affiliations are not required. Meetings are free, anonymous, and open to the public, though specialized formats are available, including groups for seniors, teens, and family members. Evening, night, and day meetings are conducted year-round in most communities.

sober-living iconSober Living Homes

Sober Living Houses (SLHs), aka sober homes or halfway houses, are safe, substance-free, supportive living facilities for those recovering from substance abuse. Ideal for those who've just been through inpatient or outpatient treatment, SLHs are supervised environments with rules that support sobriety, such as curfews, shared chores, and therapeutic meetings. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society. SLHs also provide a strong sense of community that can lead to the kind of deep and lasting connections with other sober individuals that supports a new, healthy lifestyle.

heart-hands iconIntervention Services

Intervention services helps family or friends of addicts stage an intervention, which is a meeting in which loved ones share their concerns and attempt to get an addict into treatment. Professional intervention specialists can help loved ones organize, gather, and communicate with an addict. They can guide intervention participants in describing the damage the addict's behavior is causing and that outside help is necessary to address the addiction. The ideal outcome of an intervention is for the addict to go to rehab and get the help they need

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term form of intensive rehab, usually for those with acute symptoms that are hard to manage but don’t require 24-hour care. PHPs have structured programming (i.e. individual and/or group therapy), and usually meet 3-5 days a week for around 6 hours (i.e. 9am-3m). Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

When addicted, quitting your drug of choice suddenly can be dangerous. That's why experts agree a medically assisted detox is the safest way to remove addictive substances from the body. Usually done in an inpatient setting, your vitals signs and overall well being are consistently monitored and rechecked in order to keep you safe and ensure the detox is successful.

Heart icon Treatment

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

Drug rehab in California teaches participants constructive ways to stay clean and sober. Treatment revolves around helping individuals stop using the substance they are addicted to and learn healthy habits to avoid relapse.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

substance-abuse iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Hand holding medical sign icon Clinical Services

inpatient-file iconCognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy in California is a method that therapists often use for the effective treatment of substance use disorders. dialectical iconDialectical Behavior Therapy

While participating in dialectical behavior therapy in California, you'll focus on four key areas of skill development: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Treatment includes weekly individual and group sessions.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

desert iconMotivational Interviewing

For clients who are struggling with ambivalence toward change, motivational interviewing in California can help strengthen their commitment to change. Using a conversational method, the therapist helps you explore your motivations and empowers you to make the changes you desire.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy is a structured approach used by therapists to help you heal from a past traumatic event. Your therapist works with you to identify the traumatic memory and process the information so you experience emotional healing and a sense of safety and stability.

couples-therapy iconCouples Therapy

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

eye-movement iconEye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma focused therapy in California that uses bilateral stimulation, like eye movements, to help you resolve traumatic memories. This evidence based therapy is widely recognized for its effectiveness in treating post traumatic stress disorder and other traumatic conditions. Following an eight phase protocol this approach helps reduce your emotional stress and fosters healing and resilience.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

life-skills iconLife Skills

While in rehab treatment, you may work on developing various life skills to help you in long term recovery. These may include resilience, interpersonal skills, and self awareness. The focus will be on developing healthy habits for self care and relationships so you have the skills you need to manage day to day life.

Medical staff is great. My treatment was backwards and no follow up after I left. Ancillary staff didn't always protect my HIPA information. This place is great for mainstream addiction but lacks experience with specific medical conditions.

Solution Based Treatment is by far the absolute best substance abuse/mental health (dual diagnosis) treatment facility that I have ever been to and I have been to many. I have been to many facilities stretched out all over the United States. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out on my last day. I was treated with care, compassion and understanding. From the BHT s to the counselors, I got the exact care that was needed just for me. Solution Based Treatment is a well oiled machine. Meaning, nothing goes unnoticed or uncared for. When I walked through their doors, I didn t even want to live anymore, and by the time I walked out my entire life had changed, and I had so much to look forward to. I will forever be grateful to that place the staff in my entire care team for taking the time that I needed to begin my lifelong journey of recovery. I am still clean today and I know that they played a huge role in that. If you were looking for a treatment facility to go to, I recommend this place with all of my heart and I have never said that about any facility before. If you were really looking to get better and you truly want Recovery, this is the place to go. All of your needs will be met. You will get the best therapy and all of the best accommodations.

The environment was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and helpful. The schedule was great and kept us organized and on a good routine. The other people in the home were welcoming, it became a home and we felt like a family. The outings were fun! Especially hiking the trails. Great one on one therapy and counseling. Great monitoring of medications, mental health and Co-concurring conditions.

I couldn't have had a better experience than I did . It didn't start when I arrived, it actually started the minute my phone call was answered. Aaron was super helpful, not only to me but my family as well. All of the staff are very inspiring. Each of them are kind & sincerely there to help addicts succeed. Definitely a safe & individualized place to begin a foundation for success. I can't say enough good things about the people, my peers & the atmosphere. Thank you for getting me back to living

I came from NC and had my doubts but the faculty and the treatment given was enough to make me stay. In doing so I was able to truly learn in depth the seriousness of my situation and the solutions to them during my tranquil stay. The program had its hiccups to be expected when trying to teach a program to a multitude of different people, but it does have everything you need at your disposal in order to succeed. Rarely have we seen a person fail
