This counseling center changed my life. The therapist I am meeting with was able to share with me tools to process really tough emotions. I ve been attending sessions off and on for a couple years, and the flexibility of making my own schedule worked well for me. I also benefited from the sliding fee scale, they meet you where you are financially. Being able to process with a faith based counselor has brought me not only closer to my best self, but I feel closer to God as well. I am able to see God in a more kindhearted way, and I am also more kind to myself and others. Instead of starting my day in fear or anxious, I am able to start my day with confidence and hope. This place has helped me find the peace from Jesus that passes all understanding. 10/10 would recommend.
