About Serenity Inns
Serenity Inns is an alcohol and drug rehab for adult men in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have residential treatment to help you overcome addiction and learn new life skills for a life long recovery.
Their main program has three levels. In the recovery stage, you’ll start to explore the center and begin your recovery journey. During these first few weeks, you’ll walk the grounds, participate in individual and group counseling sessions and attend peer support meetings. In the next stage, you’ll train and find a local job to build up your teamwork and learn about accountability. The spirit stage is last. It’s designed to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Here, you’ll engage in spiritual practices and look for ways to give back to the community. The whole program is infused with holistic approaches to heal your whole body and soul. Hence their name, serenity.
You can stay at the Inn for up to seven months. When you’re ready to graduate your program, you can move into one of their transitional houses. This way, you’ll continue working on your recovery in a supportive environment.
One former client says this facility is the ideal place to recover from addiction. Another says he’s been through several recovery programs but this one is different and effective.

Sober Living Homes Sober Living Houses (SLHs), aka sober homes or halfway houses, are safe, substance-free, supportive living facilities for those recovering from substance abuse. Ideal for those who've just been through inpatient or outpatient treatment, SLHs are supervised environments with rules that support sobriety, such as curfews, shared chores, and therapeutic meetings. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society. 12-Step 12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).
