outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

inpatient iconInpatient

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

aftercare iconAftercare

Clients participating in a rehab aftercare program receive comprehensive and customized support as they leave high-intensity treatment, reintegrate into their community, and focus on maintaining their sobriety. These programs offer a wide variety of services to align with the client's unique and evolving needs, often including medical, mental health, and social service program referrals. Clients typically develop their drug rehab aftercare plan in conjunction with their case manager and care team.

sober-living iconSober Living Homes

A sober living home in Vermont offers a balance between monitored structure and living in mainstream society. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises, and residents must participate in 12-step meetings. Residents of the halfway house also agree to submit to random drug screenings, pay rent, and participate in household activities such as meetings, meals, and chores.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Known as the first step of the addiction recovery process, medical detox is the removal of addictive drugs and alcohol from your body and helping manage physical withdrawal. Medically assisted detox takes place in an inpatient setting where you will be closely monitored by a team of medical professionals to ensure your maximum health and safety. Medications like Suboxone or Vivitrol may be administered if needed to alleviate any potential withdrawal symptoms. This process is typically at least partially covered by most insurance plans.

Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

So I was at this office for years before switching to a different location. It didn t even take a year before deciding the trip back to this office was well worth it. Amazing doctor, amazing staff, and amazing experience for sure. They will always make sure you are taken care of and they genuinely have compassion for their patients.

Everyone of the staff has got to be the warmest, caring individuals I have met in the medical field. They care for you with such privacy which means a lot when it comes to facing your own lonely road of recovery. They are there for you when you take that first step and thru out the whole journey. Thank you so much for not judging me or any other patient. Thank you, thank you so much.

If there is an award for the best Doctor's office ... Hands down, SaVida would win in a landslide! I wanted to leave a review after today's visit. This staff ... Amazing! From the moment you walk in the door, there's Jasmine setting you at ease with her warm smile and sweet personality, then as you start down the hall, the office manager, Autumn, will many times grab your attention and ask how you are? She genuinely cares! And today my counselor, Altara, gave me guidance for taking the next step in becoming the best version of myself. And, it was practical advice with the resources to walk out. She puts a lot of thought and effort into each patient. Lastly, Dr. Chou (this guy here!) I look forward to just chatting with him. He treats everyone the same. Like you're an old friend. All are but professional and compassionate. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit!
