I was having trouble with a medical bill and was getting nowhere. I drove to the hospital and spoke to April Lafleur who listened to me and took notes and made me feel better. The next day the situation was followed up by a Paul Giansanti who was a gentleman as well as concerned about my situation. What a stand up guy!!!! The next day I received a 3rd call from a. Dawn Silvia who also helped with this situation. The whole hospital was full of caring employees and a clean environment. They also took care of my issue! Although I do not care for the current administration, there is NO better place to rebuild your life! Food, clothing, Counseling and recreation is provided at NO cost! The ARC (rehab part) is spotless. As far as getting stuff for "free" people forget it needs to be picked up, sorted,hung and priced ..Not to mention, do you have any idea how much Garbage they get?? Everyone who works at St. Elizabeth's from the administration, to the med techs to the support staff are helpful not only to the residents but to the family.
