01/07/2025My primary care doctor send me to Fatima to get seen and get check to make sure after passing out episode back on 12/28/2024. I arrive at Fatima around 5pm,so far everything was fine until new walking started coming in to get check, anyways I got a little bit upset because during the waiting period , I was sitting in the waiting room and they started calling new register patients and living the people that were already waiting and waiting. I decided to walk to the triage window and started to complain the second shift nurse (Jackie) who took me right in and put me in a room right away to get my ekg started, Jackie thank you so so much Fatima hospital need more people like you thank you so so much! Not sure if you get to see and read my review but thank you so much to you and the doctor Rivard you guys were amazing thank you. (JS) and Leah rivard and of course the registry team at front. Didn t mean to be angry at the front desk it s not their fault they are only there to register the patients!Best regardsSecond shift at Fatima today thank you !
I ve been in and out of the hospital for a few days now, but realistically about a year. Not one single doctor, pcp, urgent care, ER, or specialist has been willing to do any imaging or in depth testing, until I came here. The transition between rooms was always quick and painless, and every single staff member was kind and understanding. Finally, with the help of Dr Curly and the many other nurses/staff here, I was able to get a diagnosis and treatment plan in only a few hours. They made sure I was comfy the entire time (with blankets, mobility aids, etc) and I couldn t be more grateful. Nothing was rushed, yet they moved efficiently. I m so grateful for this experience and to finally have an answer.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience at The Miriam Hospital and for turning to us for your care. We are happy to hear it was positive and met your expectations.
My wife recently gave birth to our daughter and the whole team at Women and Infants was amazing. The nurses and midwives did an excellent job of watching over us, answering all of our questions in detail, and letting my wife decide what was best for her. I was really impressed with their professionalism, excitement to share what they know, and general kindness and care.Once our daughter was born they did an excellent job of offering lactation support and consultation. They even have a breast milk donor program where we could request as much milk as we needed, since most women aren t fully lactating right after delivery. They also have a nursery that s available periodically so we were able to get a decent amount of sleep the night before we were released. I felt really fortunate that our daughter was delivered here.
