Medical briefcase icon Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient

After completing some form of inpatient care, many clients transition or step down to an outpatient rehab, while some choose to transition from detox directly into outpatient care. High-intensity outpatient programming, including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) is widely available for clients in early recovery, those leaving detox, and those at an elevated relapse risk. Clients in outpatient care generally engage in robust addiction counseling and recovery education, and some also receive medication assisted treatment (MAT).

inpatient iconInpatient

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs offer high-level care for clients as an increased risk of relapse, including those in early recovery, those with a strong history of relapse, and those experiencing a crisis. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in nine to 20 hours of care weekly, with treatment modalities that combine psychotherapy and recovery education, and holistic therapies, such as acupuncture and animal therapy. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is also common in alcohol and/or opioid recovery.

sober-living iconSober Living Homes

Sober Living Houses (SLHs), aka sober homes or halfway houses, are safe, substance-free, supportive living facilities for those recovering from substance abuse. Ideal for those who've just been through inpatient or outpatient treatment, SLHs are supervised environments with rules that support sobriety, such as curfews, shared chores, and therapeutic meetings. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society. SLHs also provide a strong sense of community that can lead to the kind of deep and lasting connections with other sober individuals that supports a new, healthy lifestyle.

heart-hands iconIntervention Services

A drug intervention in Texas may be necessary if your loved one is in denial about a substance use disorder. You can partner with intervention services to plan and execute an effective intervention that educates your loved one about addiction and encourages them to get the treatment they need. Many rehab centers offer intervention specialists who can facilitate the intervention and help with a seamless transition to inpatient rehab for treatment.

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program

Commonly known as "day treatment," a partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers intensive addiction treatment while allowing you to return home each day. It can serve as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or as a step-down option. Depending on your needs, PHP treatment typically averages 90 days with a weekly requirement of 6-8 hours a day. PHP treatment offers a variety of therapeutic interventions such as individual counseling, group therapy, and psychoeducation. Oftentimes PHP treatment can be fully covered by insurance.

These people treat patrons like prisoners. It s disgusting. Someone that has made the decision to get clean and is getting their life together should not be treated like a child, or a criminal. They obviously made the decision themselves, everyone needs help with something. I would not suggest this place to anyone

A friend of mine has been there and while even his therapist believes that a testing result was false, administration kicked him out endangering the positive way to sobriety.Any argument or professional literature showing where the false positive may have come from does not make them change their mind. No further screening as suggested in literature is taken into consideration.a. this is unprofessionalb. this is unethical to deal with the future of a client.I would give 5 starts to the therapist, some stars to what I heard about the rooms and the environment, but all is wiped out by administrative decision .When clients are taught to admit their own mistakes, the institution should do the same.Side note: Greenhouse - a partner institution - did the same mistakes a few months ago: administrative decisions

Do not allow your spouse to go here unless you want to end your marriage. Go to an inpatient program that monitors and keeps them safe 24/7. The entire program has been a scam. Promised inpatient and given a day and time to be there, got there and said it was out patient. He traveled from out of state and for an additional $1250 a month he could live there. We declined and then they had him fill out financial assistance and said it lowered to $500. He was left in another state and a few days later they call saying he didn t qualify and the $500 covered a week and if we wanted to stay 2 weeks they needed another $150 because it is $225/week. Just all around horrible when a family is at their lowest point.

I was knowingly transferred here from Greenhouse due to having COVID. They sent me to the ER for medical detox. They dropped me off and said to call when I need a ride back. ER said the tapering has worked and I don't need medical detox. This place kicks me out for needing medical detox. I have to go get my bags which I wasn't even able to pack myself. The lady keeps abusively berating me that I'm a medical liability on her property. I explained I was actually sent there for 5 days due to COVID and she said "I know". She also told me it's my fault because I like to go to bars. What? It's a rehab. That's why I'm there. She then made me take an Uber out and made me wait for my Uber on the busy street. Pretty much the worst possible experience. I'm actually pretty disgusted. I flew from WA so it's not like I can just Uber home.
