Amazing facility with phenomenal clinical services! I have had a handful of very close friends and loved ones enter into reliances program as lost, hopeless and broken soul. By the time they had approached a successful completion to the next phase in their recovery process the hope has returned and their motivation for this new way of life is almost unfathomable! Still to this day those individuals have became respected/respectable pillars within The sobriety community in my eyes and many others as well! They are living a life of gratitude and serenity today that I believe every man/women should have a chance of experiencing . Whatever it is they do there, it is working! Keep doing it and I am a full supporter of this facility as a whole! Much love and God bless

When I had first came here it seemed like a good facility. In all realization they just want to manipulate you for your moneyThey don't care what happens to you, (Besides some of the techs.) It takes forever to see a doctor, I went without meds for 3 weeks.all they care about is getting more people to go there so they get more money how are there going to be so little therapist and like 70 clients ? You barely see your therapist and it does not help whatsoever. So unorganized. Overall I would absolutely not refer this place to anyone. I would have to support Epiphany treatment center, very spiritual place with AMAZING therapists. Now THEY saved my life !

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

dollar-outline iconFinancing available

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

12-step icon12-Step
12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Treatment program offers multiple groups two days per week, providing structured therapeutic programming for clients who are able to continue their participation in their work, school, or family/social responsibilities while in treatment, and who are actively implementing a recovery plan. The required number of hours for this program is no less than 5 and no more than 8 hours per week.
inpatient iconInpatient
Community housing at Reliance Treatment Centers provides clients with the highest level of care designed specifically to provide a comfortable and educating home life centered around group and individual therapy. A supportive program for people recovering from substance use disorders that provides a setting in which the skills and attitudes needed for independent living are learned, practiced, and supported. Accountability, stabilization, safety, life-skills refinement.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
The Intensive Outpatient Treatment program offers multiple groups daily, providing structured therapeutic programming with clients who are able to continue their participation in their work, school, or family/social responsibilities while in treatment, as well as the individuals who attend IOP from other treatment centers. The required number of hours for this program is no less than 9 and no more than 19 hours per week.
heart-hands iconIntervention Services
Intervention services are for individual(s) whose problems and risk factors appear to be related to substance abuse. Such individuals are defined “at risk” and intervention may be delivered in a wide variety of settings with the length of such service varying according to the type of activity. The ultimate goal is the reduction of the effects of substance abuse within the targeted community by identifying and engaging those in need of services.
sober-living iconSober Living Homes
Sober Living Houses (SLHs), aka sober homes or halfway houses, are safe, substance-free, supportive living facilities for those recovering from substance abuse. Ideal for those who've just been through inpatient or outpatient treatment, SLHs are supervised environments with rules that support sobriety, such as curfews, shared chores, and therapeutic meetings. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society. SLHs also provide a strong sense of community that can lead to the kind of deep and lasting connections with other sober individuals that supports a new, healthy lifestyle.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Creativity is inherently healing, and can help those in recovery express thoughts or feelings they might not otherwise be able to. Creative arts therapy can include music, poetry/writing, painting, sculpting, dance, theater, sandplay, and more. Unlike traditional art, the final product matters far less than the experience of creation and expression itself.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

Experiential therapy is a form of therapy in which clients are encouraged to surface and work through subconscious issues by engaging in real-time experiences. Experiential therapy departs from traditional talk therapy by involving the body, and having clients engage in activities, movements, and physical and emotional expression. This can involve role-play or using props (which can include other people). Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.

EMDR is a therapeutic modality originally developed to help process trauma. In an EMDR session, a patient is prompted to undergo eye movements that mimic those of REM sleep. This is accomplished by watching a therapist's finger move back and forth across, or following a bar of light. The goal is repetitive sets of eye movements that help the brain reprocess memory, which can significantly reduce the intensity of remembered traumatic incidents. Associated memories can heal simultaneously, leaving patients significantly calmer, more stable, and more emotionally relaxed.

Through supportive living and outpatient programs, family and friends have the opportunity to join with others affected by this shared-life experience to build social, emotional and informational support to assist in the support they need during the time of a loved one’s treatment process. The facility provides family members and significant others with education regarding how families are impacted by the illness of addiction, introduces them to recovery skills and the fellowship Al-Anon. Al-Anon is a support and discussion group for the relatives of people suffering from alcoholism and addiction.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Hypnotherapy (aka guided hypnosis) can be used as a therapeutic modality to treat substance use, especially in terms of quitting smoking cigarettes (nicotine). Clinical hypnotherapists help clients turn their attention inward, accessing unconscious or subconscious material, and then make suggestions that are healthier for the individual. The process can help clients make deep, positive, and lasting changes, including ceasing addictive habits.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Life skills trainings involve all the skills a person must have in order to function successfully in the world. These include time management, career guidance, money management, and effective communication. Truly successful addiction recovery is based on the ability to not only live substance-free, but to thrive. Life skills teaches the practical necessities of functioning in society, which sets clients up for success in life, and therefore sobriety.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a clinical approach to helping people with substance abuse issues and other conditions shift behavior in positive ways. It is more goal-oriented than traditional psychotherapy, as MI counselors directly attempt to get clients to consider making behavioral change (rather than wait for them to come to conclusions themselves). Its primary purpose is to resolve ambivalence and help clients become able to make healthy choices freely.

Nutrition therapy, aka medical nutrition therapy (MNT), is a way of treating physical, emotional, and medical conditions through diet. Specific dietary plans are designed by professional nutritionists or registered dietitians, and patients follow them in order to positively affect their physical and mental health.

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

I seriously dont know what I would have done with out Reliance. I was down and out and out of options and they took me in and shaped my life into what it is today. Im so grateful for their compassion grace and understanding. Can honestly say I dont know where I would be or who I would have become without this treatment center and everyone that works for them and with them. Thank you Reliance for giving me the chance I needed to save my life! Would recommend Reliance to anyone seriously seeking help with addiction. They give you the tools to take re-control of your thoughts and actions to have a happy productive life of sobriety!

Lies. Incompetency. Greed. Mismanagement. Clinical director is there to "punish" addicts and is underqualified. This was one of the main companies that paid clients to be there. Poorly run.

One of the clients at "Realiance", was told by many that this place was outstanding and an execellent place to stay for treatment boy how wrong could they be. Don't get me wrong I did learn a lot from this horrendous place you call a treatment center. They have absolutely nothing set up properly, each day is like playing the lottery it's either runned right or it isn't just like how you can win and loose. Most of the time no one knows what's going on or where to go that's including new staff members and therapists they hired the day before. They also have way too many clients for the staff to handle they need more help around. Funny how most reviews were done by staff that's a little ironic. So let's hear a clients perspective shall we? If you need help and your looking for a decent treatment center your looking at the wrong place this is by far the worst place you can get your help. Majority of the staff needs to be re-evaluated apparently it's ok for the owner to curse and scream at a client during my stay at "Relliance" just because she wanted to "AMA" not acceptable in my opinion. Also they like to lie to clients so be ready for that one "Relliance" will tell you they booked a flight if your marketer cant then when it comes the next day you find out they didn't and that's your discharge date and absolutely nothing is setup for the future "expect well we can drop you off at a bus stop and you find your way home across the country from there with just 27 cents in your pocket". Very poorly done Relliance I'm really ashamed and I don't care that my name is shown. If I can give negative ratings I would but Google won't allow that. Truly a disappointment this place will lead to your relapse please look elsewhere for help. Sincerely - an ex client

Reliance Treatment Center is an amazing place! Day after day and week after week I witness positive change in the lives that enter through our doors, physically as well as psychologically. A change that means the world to not only our clients individually but also the people who love them.

Having worked in this feild for over 4 years I have seen a lot of good and bad. After someone that I care deeply for was struggling with alcoholism, I reached out to the Reliance team. She went into their 30 day PHP program and then into their halfway house for a month. She is now back home and is a changed woman. The staff was really nice every day when I would drop letters and pictures off. We even had a really good family session while she was in PHP. Thank you to the whole Reliance team for bringing back the woman I love. Like I said I work in this feild and would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with alcohol or drug addiction.

This was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO HERE. Stay far away! They lie, their "therapists" aren't even licensed or Master's level, the CEO tried to bully me into staying. I went to another treatment center and I am now 7 months sober and I am doing awesome! There is sobriety out there, and there's good treatment out there, but it is NOT HERE. This place is a scam and they don't care about people. This is not the place to get sober!!!!!
