This program has changed since the new company took over. They can't keep Counselors. So many wonderful people have left with only two or three people left that really care. The place is gross, dirty, unsanitary restrooms, no soap, no tissue. I could literally write a book about everything that has gone wrong since this company took over. It's really disgusting how we are treated. After 8 years of going to this program, I've decided it's best for me to leave. The majority of the workers don't look happy, and there are those who are so rude. They are braking a lot of rules.

The building is not ADA. The handicapped parking is not kept free from unauthorized vehicles so that disabled people can use the spaces. There is no security. The rules are not enforced. Disabled people are at risk of being stepped on, shoved, treated disrespectfully, and climbed on by people going the wrong way in the one way hallway with no one to tell them different. The handicapped restroom is sometimes non accessible. This place has been contacted by Disability Advocates of NM on several occasions, but refuses to comply.

Honestly, there is no need to say names because the staff members know inside their hearts who am I talking about. For those two people, just basic questions people are asking seem like an offense and a burden. They need to be taught manners and how to be diplomatic when dealing with clients, or else they will loose their jobs
