About Recovery House
Recovery House is a residential substance use disorder facility center for men in Ocala, Florida. This house has a supervising staff but doesn’t provide treatment or counseling. This center provides a clean, drug free environment to give those who are recovering a safe place to live and continue their recovery.
They are not affiliated with AA but they do endorse the beliefs and even have them posted on one of the walls in the residence. They provide all the amenities needed to live comfortably such as a kitchen, utility room and computer area. They want to help make your transition back to living in society easier.
The house has rules that must be obeyed including a curfew, quiet hours, maintaining a full time job and attendance of AA meetings five times a week outside of the house. During quiet hours the TV is not allowed to be on and no laundry can be done. Music can only be played through headphones.
