Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Illinois is designed to help people recover from addiction to a number of substances. The length of each program and its intensity tend to vary, and the plan of care is based on your individual needs.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Accreditations

They provide good services when you need help, but be sure you're ready to commit if you want to come here. My main complaint is the attitudes of some part of the staff, they could be more kind and friendly.

This place was horrible I went here for quite a few years they got a bad director named Jeffrey Jefferson who was throwing people out quicker then you can blink.I couldn't believe how argumentive he was and how badly he was treating people.I tried speaking with the owner who I still think is a good person and cares about his community but it did no good at the time.Shortly after I left they got rid of Jeffrey Jefferson but as far as I'm aware the place still has its problems I hope bishop Porter is keeping a better eye on this place because I have never and will never go to this place or anywhere like this again I should have moved on before getting kicked out I just was too damn stubborn and was fighting a fight I couldn't win.For anyone thinking of joining this clinic just be warned if you don't have time to go to weekly groups and are not prepared to put up with a lot of b.s. go to another place im taking the time to write this to save anyone that's willing to read this in the hope that they don't suffer the nightmare situation I went through there are better places to go to example Pilsen wellness center in stone park chicago treatment and counseling center in Cicero even new age services in Chicago was better then here.Good luck

Response from the owner10 months ago
We are sorry you feel this way however weekly group is an important part of recovery. Taking daily medication without any realization that you have an addiction is not what we are about. Glad you found a program that fits your needs. Good Luck.

I am totally floored by the fact that we were kicked out without any warning. My fiance asked n asked numerous times for a referral for mental health services and was ignored. So you kick us out n refer us to a new clinic but go & recommend inpatient! I'm totally floored we weren't even given a warning, and we both work full time jobs. Our insurance pays you so I'm notunderstanding what the issue is. Yall really don't care bout us if you did you wouldn't have done this. We even took time off before trying to come back n we still got snake

Response from the owner10 months ago
You were removed from the program and given a referral for a higher level of care due to reasons you are both aware of. Hopefully you took the necessary steps to ensure your health and recovery. Good Luck.

The only problem I have with this place is they should be wearing masks because it's a part medical service treatment and social services. The place is small and sometimes it's crowded at the last minute. I gave them the whole 5 stars because they try their best daily to deal with all different kind of people and their issues. The nurses are really nice. Security always greet you at the door. The young lady in the office is pretty Kool. The counselors have their days. In the last past year a pretty shaped up with flooring tools home facility and some other projects they have contractors do. I like the idea with the Solar panels on the roof to save money an electric in all their stuff so they can keep doing things with a place to keep it up to date.

Response from the owner10 months ago
Thanks Jason. We are not required to wear masks but we encourage you to wear one if needed.

T first I was very reluctant to go there cuz of past experiences at other substance abuse center's but that was soon all gone cuz of the people that work there and the atmosphere that they create makes you feel like your with family cuz they treat you just like family and not sum type of junkie of the street sand they make you feel loved all the way around

Response from the owner2 years ago
Thank you Kelvonne! I will share this with the staff. We hope you are well.
