outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

To address the issues of addiction, each drug rehab in Oklahoma is tailored to meet the individual's needs. Treatment may occur in a residential or outpatient setting, and may last from a few days to several months.

check iconDual Diagnosis

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

mental-health iconMental Health and Substance Abuse

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

I ve been to a lot of different doctors and this was place had to be my absolute favorite. Especially the doctor JR. I get really anxious around men a lot of times but there is just something comforting about this man. He is one of my all time favorite doctors and if for any reason I can t not make it in they switch it to telemed visit immediately which makes the doctor visit so much more convenient without having to stress on how I m going to get there in the event of an emergency.

From the time I walk in to the time I pick up my meds everyone is friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk are always polite and friendly. The nurses and providers are thorough, with the best treatment plans. I absolutely love Abbie always cheerful and supportive in providing the best care she can. My son loves Seth and my daughter loves JR. Thanks y all for everything you do.

Make you submit a huge health form packet, won t let you schedule until they enter the information and create a file, lose the completed packet and never create said file. Disappointed.

This place is great unless you need a referral. My doctor put in 2 referrals for me back in February. I still have not heard anything about those even after leaving several messages in March. Now I have a more urgent problem and getting anything done with the referrals my doctor has put in is almost impossible. I had to be referred to get an MRI. They tell you upfront that for emergency referrals it takes 3 days to process and any others it takes 7 days. My doctor did not tell me that it was an emergency referral so I waited 8 days to call because I had faith that I would recieve a call on day 7. Ashley, in the referral department, missed the important information that it was an emergency referral. This was 8 days after my doctor put in the referral and she had not even looked at it yet. After my MRI my doctor decided to refer me to a specialist. The referral was put in on the 11th by my doctor. I called and left messages on the 18th and 19th. No one returned my calls. I called again on the 22nd. Ashley once again had not even looked at my referral after I was finally able to get ahold of her. I get very great care from the doctors but the referral department is seriously lacking. If you have what seems to be a serious issue just skip Perkins Famiky Clinic and go straight to Pawnee Indian Health Center which is where all the referrals have to go through anyway if you are Native.

Seriously the worst clinic ever. I ve been trying to receive my ALREADY PRESCRIBED nebulizer for a month. Still don t have one. They will close without updating their website or voice message so you will never know. It took me 3 days to get an emergency inhaler that I m prescribed monthly because Lauren Walters lied to me about my prescription -that has not changed in 6 years. If you want to die, this is the place for you. Been going here for 19 years and never once been happy with their service or hospitality.
