I was there like 2011,,it was a good xperience for me even though I was there in the winter lol they get a good bit of snow. It's sad when you leave cause you meet ppl and you become decent friends while your there and then you leave never to see em again, I still remember ppl I'll never see again. Good ppl up there.

I ve been in a treatment program with Crossroads since mid April of this year. Today is my last appointment as I have now finished treatment. Today also marks 3 years, 1 month and 21 days since my last drink or drug. I highly recommend this center to all who seek help, are ordered to receive help and anyone seeking an opioid maintenance program.

I never had any problems here.The only mistake they made was after I told them numerous times that I couldn t stand to be around pregnant women (due to past trauma issues) they gave me a therapist who was pregnant but that was easily fixed by switching to a different therapist. Not a bad place at all.

Horrible customer management! I had scheduled an appointment over the phone in November, and when I showed up was told the counselor I was supposed to see did not show up that day and I would have to reschedule.Now, on the morning of my rescheduled appointment (1 hr. 20 mins. before) I receive a call saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled AGAIN and was not properly entered into their calendar. It s likely I only received this voicemail because I called the night before to confirm my appointment.When I called back, they were able to get me in for a Telehealth visit as soon as the next day with their Bloomsburg office. I can only hope that location has better calendar management skills. I could have waited for an in-person appointment, but I do not trust the Williamsport office at this time to honor and respect my time. I am overall upset with my experience with Genesis House, and this less-than-ideal solution of doing an initial assessment over the phone.

I've dosed at clinics across the country and of 10 different clinics i can honestly say these folks have treated me very well and the biggest thing was I've yet to stand in line for hours on end . And I read these comments and the only people that have negative things to say about them is the people who got discharged....just sayn.

My overall experience with Gaundenzia Fountian Springs was good, the Program help me obtain and maintain sobriety while learning about addiction and taking parenting workshops. This women's or Mommy&me program also helped me regain full custody of my 2 children because I worked the Program by putting my all into it, they put their all into helping me fight for my children back. I loved most of the counselors most of the time LOL. But it was a life changing experience that help me take control back of my life to create a better future for myself and my kids. There is also a women's and mommy&me soberliving housing program connected in the back called Gaundenzia New Destiny which bridges the gap after one completes the rehab. Very few programs that help families like this.... I wish there were more to help others who need and want it

I love this place!!! It saved my life. All the staff there is welcoming and accepting of me and all my issues. The place feels more like home than a treatment facility. They are never too busy to help someone who is struggling.

Fantastic experience with surgery and they're absolutely wonderful about managing your anxiety. 5 stars for that. But God forbid you need any pain medication FRESH OUT OF ABDOMINAL SURGERY, they'll act like you're drug seeking when you're still out of your mind with anesthesia and pain and gaslight you as if you aren't feeling what you're feeling. Just contributing to the worst problems with the American medical system. Withholding opioids during the situations they literally exist for is INHUMANE. CEOs could stand to learn a thing or two, if you catch my drift........

If not for the amazing doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, and other staff at this hospital, I undoubtedly would have died as a result of post Covid DVT s and 3 PE s. I have never had better care in any hospital in my entire life. This truly saddens me deeply as I m not even from Berwick and that s where I wanted to go.
