I was there like 2011,,it was a good xperience for me even though I was there in the winter lol they get a good bit of snow. It's sad when you leave cause you meet ppl and you become decent friends while your there and then you leave never to see em again, I still remember ppl I'll never see again. Good ppl up there.

I never had any problems here.The only mistake they made was after I told them numerous times that I couldn t stand to be around pregnant women (due to past trauma issues) they gave me a therapist who was pregnant but that was easily fixed by switching to a different therapist. Not a bad place at all.

I ve been in a treatment program with Crossroads since mid April of this year. Today is my last appointment as I have now finished treatment. Today also marks 3 years, 1 month and 21 days since my last drink or drug. I highly recommend this center to all who seek help, are ordered to receive help and anyone seeking an opioid maintenance program.

I've dosed at clinics across the country and of 10 different clinics i can honestly say these folks have treated me very well and the biggest thing was I've yet to stand in line for hours on end . And I read these comments and the only people that have negative things to say about them is the people who got discharged....just sayn.

Beautiful facility, knowledgeable & trust worthy staff, and an atmosphere you can trust that you or your loved one will be cared for to the highest degree!

PRC honestly saved my life. I came here with fear, hopelessness, and no spirituality. Trust this program and trust all of the staff here. When I truly began putting in the work, feelings of hopelessness went away, slowly over time. The therapist I was assigned to here, is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. The clinical director here, is overall amazing. Shawn the program housing manager, I cannot thank him enough. Shawn and Brandt continued to let me back here after many slip ups. They let me back because they saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I believed I could never recover, but they saw otherwise. Everyone here loves you until we love ourselves. This place was truly a stepping stone in my life.

NorthStar treatment center was definitely the best outpatient program that i ve been through. Compared to the other outpatient places i ve been to, a couple things that really stood out to be during my journey was their attention to the patient and their care and the knowledge, willingness, and compassion that they showed during each individual and group session. The therapists and doctor there are the best i ve had.

Treatment was good, but not all that was promised. (they were "understaffed") The main complaint is that they require room and board full payment for 40 days up front and promise to reimburse you for any unused days. This has not been the case and after 10 weeks of the runaround we still do not have any reimbursement and every time we call there is a new excuse and the promise it is on the way now or we need to talk to someone else, or they sent it to the wrong address, or the system is down..... Something is not right in their administration.
