ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE! I started @ miners, then moved to Erie and transferred to a clinic there which they were amazing too but now back to this area and I just started at WBCTC and it s awesome. There was no hassle no constant mix ups like @ miners, there wasn t 200 people at the door 1 hour before opening, fighting eachother, arguing and screaming, smelling like weed, reminiscing about the good old days of drug use. The Staff at WBCTC were so nice and willing to help. They really care! The nurse at the window was Pleasant, met my counselor and she is amazing. The doc is the same doc that was at miner s and she s always cool. She left miner s, ( wonder why? ). But all in all it s a great place to start Down your road to sobriety or to continue it.Absolutely by far the best place in the area. Keep up the great work.Oh another perk Free coffee!

I haven t been here in quite some time, but google asked, so I ll answer. Without this place I wouldn t have gotten back on track, I m soon to be married with a child on the way. I couldn t be happier, and it all started here. I recommend anyone trying to do better, to give these guys a call.

Some ways of communication are outdated like not being able to leave direct voicemails with people, only leaving with office afaik. But they were great help in applying for Medicaid and counseling services. Getting appointment is difficult due to the demand for the current counselors , which is very unfortunate but understandable. Feels like a safe place to be in. I wish that we could communicate with counselors over other means than email

Quick checkin and then I was taken right away for my MRI. The technician was very assuring and even offered me a blindfold which really helped. She explained the process thoroughly. I felt I was in good hands.

I came to TPALS 5 years ago as a broken human being with nothing left inside and nothing left to give. I was very defiant in the beginning of the treatment process because of my experiences in the past and was never comfortable enough to open up to anybody ever. I graduated within that 5 years but I just did the program to get everyone off my back I didn t take in any of the suggestions given or was not willing to take a deeper look into my life so I got my certificate and left. Only to come back 2 years later still broken but this time no substance brought me back. Within coming back I ve had a few lapses but I was SO COMFORTABLE to come back into this place and admit to that and I ve built such solid worthy relationships here. This place gave me my life back. Gave my children their mother back and my family has their daughter back. If it was not for this place I would be dead. I love tpals because they meet you where you are at and work with you to understand the true ins and outs of this disease. I never thought I would be free from the chains of hell with drugs and alcohol and this place helped me free myself. I graduated again but I still come here everyday this place is my home and my safe place. Even if there isn t any staff I sit in the parking lot if I need to regroup mentally. Thank you to each and every one of the staff and counselors ! Yall are the real super heroes because super heroes don t always need to wear capes.

The nurses were great definitely were there for me and I felt like they cared and I'm still clean

The counseling is the best dr. Bob an dr. Beth. There the best there is. They really do care about there Patients. I rate them both a 10.

I was ordered by ur blind,hypocritical, and corrupt local goverment to attend drug and alcohol classes just to see my 8 year old son.I do not nor ever have had a drug or alcohol dependency .but I was ordered and my son is my life and I would take a bullet for him so im going to jump through the goverments hoops.my counselor krista in west pittston Pa.made this puppet show half bearable.thanks

Was seen in the wee hours of New Years Day 2025 in the ER at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton. I was diagnosed and treated correctly and quickly. Saved my life. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. All of this fabulous care in the midst of caring for others in dire straits. Thank you!

Great place!! I wouldn't have the life I now have if it wasn't for all the staff there!!

If not for the amazing doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, and other staff at this hospital, I undoubtedly would have died as a result of post Covid DVT s and 3 PE s. I have never had better care in any hospital in my entire life. This truly saddens me deeply as I m not even from Berwick and that s where I wanted to go.

Catholic Social Services is a great place to go to for Counceling and Food Pantrie Help in Hazleton PA.18201. I've been getting Service from them for many years.
