The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is cause you have to pay, Matt that works the front desk and assist Dr F. Is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth people you would ever meet.. Staying drug free starts and ends with you, but have someone like Matt to talk to on staff or by cell has been one of the reasons i stay. I have been to other clinics this is my life your talking about and I don't want to be just another number. As for the paying for visits, they was upfront and told me that before I made my initial consultation and was will to help me find a clinic if I couldn't afford to pay. This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

While bringing my client in today for a routine checkup we both mask regularly so we already had our masks on. The security guard at desk asked if we had covid symptoms in the last 2 weeks. We both replied No. After getting my client checked in I cleared my throat one time and the same guard jumped all over me and said I needed to sit in a blue room away from my client. I told him that was not a option and I was clearing my throat and not sick. Again he tried to give me a attitude about it. Another woman in the waiting room than started to cough and he changed his energy once she said her meds give her a dry throat Have a nicer person at the door when dealing with people with different abilities.
