    My girlfriend was a client here for just over 2 years. Within the last year, things have gone downhill for her real fast. The staff at the front desk have been extremely rude to her, acted and treated her like she was stupid, and lied to her face not once, but twice about her appointment! She was told twice that she could talk to her therapist, and gave her appointments, only for her to show up both times, EARLY, for them to tell her that her therapist wasn't there and was leaving the practice. When she asked why she wasn't called either time, they said they tried to call her, but she had no calls. When she asked what number they called, they recited her old phone number which she hasn't had for months and she's given them her current number more then once. Just a lot of unprofessionalism all around.

    My overall experience with Gaundenzia Fountian Springs was good, the Program help me obtain and maintain sobriety while learning about addiction and taking parenting workshops. This women's or Mommy&me program also helped me regain full custody of my 2 children because I worked the Program by putting my all into it, they put their all into helping me fight for my children back. I loved most of the counselors most of the time LOL. But it was a life changing experience that help me take control back of my life to create a better future for myself and my kids. There is also a women's and mommy&me soberliving housing program connected in the back called Gaundenzia New Destiny which bridges the gap after one completes the rehab. Very few programs that help families like this.... I wish there were more to help others who need and want it

    I've been extremely impressed and grateful for this VA system. Especially compared to previous VA, it is phenomenal. Communication, administration, and personnel especially are genuinely caring and help. They have a lot that they do in house, and do it well, and they are established so when community care arises I've found they know specialists in the area as well as have a great Community Care team (wait times from referral to just scheduling an appointment at other VA's was MONTHS, vs. here the communication is great).I have also had to use the ER and found them great too. I scratched my eye, called the nurse hotline who told me to go for antibiotics. I did and it was pleasant, and the next day I had the follow up eye appointment at a nearby VA clinic! That's fantastic communication, and overall the way the Lebanon VA system functions is top notch, and most personnel there are the same!
