Hello my name is Mark and I'm an alcoholic I have been for 40 years now not that I am proud of that. I had another DUI conviction and decided I needed help for my problem. I went to ccdaec before I had to by court it was the best thing I could have done for myself but ultimately went to jail and I saw a councilor while I was incarcerated which helped. I made the first four steps but then was released and I started my court ordered counciling which included groups and individual counciling. If you knew me you would know I'm not good with change or new people. I've never felt more comfortable with the counselor s I was assigned to. They brought out all of the things I have never talked about before. They made me so comfortable and supported me like I have never known before. I would like to take this time to say thank you for all that you have done for me but unfortunately without you in my life I have relapsed once again but thank you for trying it was a good run when you all were in my life. Staying drug free starts and ends with you, but have someone like Matt to talk to on staff or by cell has been one of the reasons i stay. I have been to other clinics this is my life your talking about and I don't want to be just another number. As for the paying for visits, they was upfront and told me that before I made my initial consultation and was will to help me find a clinic if I couldn't afford to pay.
