Great place to get some structure during recovery!

I've been extremely impressed and grateful for this VA system. Especially compared to previous VA, it is phenomenal. Communication, administration, and personnel especially are genuinely caring and help. They have a lot that they do in house, and do it well, and they are established so when community care arises I've found they know specialists in the area as well as have a great Community Care team (wait times from referral to just scheduling an appointment at other VA's was MONTHS, vs. here the communication is great).I have also had to use the ER and found them great too. I scratched my eye, called the nurse hotline who told me to go for antibiotics. I did and it was pleasant, and the next day I had the follow up eye appointment at a nearby VA clinic! That's fantastic communication, and overall the way the Lebanon VA system functions is top notch, and most personnel there are the same!

From patient to a proud employee, I can't say enough good things about Blueprints! Amazing staff that truly care about your recovery. The cleanest most beautiful facilities. You feel welcome and accepted the moment you walk through the door.

Outstanding organization! Excellent stores that are tidy, well stocked, good thrift prices, and a courteous staff. A Christian organization supporting prison ministry. A worthy organization to support!

I just want to start bye saying this place saved my life and this is for real. When first showing up in very bad shape and asking for help as was treated with respect and care way above what I deserved from anyone the doctors the receptionist Josh who is now running the show and the most important person Connie who has been nothing but great to me it took me a while to get with the program I was still trying to do things my way. When I finally gave up and stopped all my bullshit things really took off and I have now been drug free for years not days. I had a person work with me about about my payment for there bill and other hospital bills I have went wzy beyond her job so in closing I just want to say thanks to all of you for helping me on this road of recovery you all truly saved my life. Great place to work!

I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

(This is a long one) I ve had my fair share of therapists before and each time it was a crash and burn situation. It never worked out for me, I always felt like it was too much. I pushed it off until it smacked me in the face. I can genuinely say EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONISTS ( especially Kaela, dr. Nelson, Greg & Nicole for me) welcomed me with opened arms at a time I needed it most. I never not once felt judged nor put down. I was held accountable each step of the way and able to express myself. Each one of them taught me a lot about my triggers, my attachment styles, my anger, the work I had to put in on my self and just the really understanding and loving the overall person I am. They taught me to identify why I was using bad habits to cope with my feelings.I really don t have the words to explain how much they have helped me. If so I would be here all day. Let me try to sum it up.I had never been to therapy long term(some therapists just wouldn t call back). I had never been on medication for my mental health(I would gas light myself and create bad habits to cope). I was in therapy for about a year and a half with kaela, Greg and dr Nelson. Some days I wish I had never left(I moved out the state). Dr. Nelson always listened to me, he helped me understand what was going on mentally. During my time he worked with me to find medications that helped me function daily. It wasn t easy but he never gave up and he never pushed me to take anything I didn t like or want to be on. Greg helped me to look within. He taught me not to bottle up my emotions and how to express what I m feeling in a better way than I was. I have to give my props to Kaela for dealing with me the longest tho. Instantly I clicked with her. She really sets the bar high when it comes to a therapist for me. She listened to me yap on and on and she didn t make me feel like I was a burden with my weekly visits. I actually looked forward to going to my visits.. even when I went back on my word. She didn t make me feel ashamed of myself(No one there did) She always remembered everything, even when I didn t. She made me hold myself accountable for my actions, as she did also. I loved that about her most. She didn t let me slip. She helped me realize why I was doing certain things or why I was reacting the way I would and what they could ve stemmed from. Other therapists didn t do what they did for me mentally, even spiritually. Everyone at Caron is like a family to me at this point. I recommend everyone to come to Caron. All my friends, family, strangers. They made me realize therapy and asking for help wasn t bad after all. If you needed a sign. This is it.

The place is always clean and all of the people that work there are always so nice weather on the phone or in person.I feel so comfortable with my doctor and would recommend the service they provide for anyone who feels like they are alone or need someone for guidance in their life.

I love my providers, Doreen Storz (physician assistant) and Nichole (therapist). They are amazing and caring. I previously saw Allison (therapist) in January until she transferred me to Nichole in February. Only downside is the practice doesn t use an EHR patient portal for patients to access their health information. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Pearce is the best, he knows his stuff and really cares about you if you take the program seriously. The girls at the desk are the best and always have great attitudes even though they deal with ignorant, disrespectful drug addicts all day.

We have worked with the staff here for over a decade and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, supportive and understanding. We would not have been able to navigate the foster to adoption process with out their counsel, guidance and training and would recommend this agency to anyone considering foster care or adoption.

Nice facility, great staff. It is exactly what you make it.
