The Dr's and staff are very kind and helpful. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. The Dr I see monthly is my favorite so far. I have been to 3 or 4 different locations. Everyone is nice but the Highland Park office in Pittsburgh is the best so far. If anyone out there needs help with drug and alcohol treatment please dont hesitate to call this place. It was the best choice I've made as far as recovery goes. They have helped save my life for sure.

Ray Mann Here, back at home yesterday after 4 days. This Hospital is GREAT. The nurses (especially Nathan on 1st day) are fabulous, and funny and good listeners and helpful. The Doctors are also great, 5 Lady Docs very good. The food was the BEST, Unbelievable menus and the food was incredible-best ever, I gained 4 lbs in 4 days and I needed the strength and nutrition. I cant believe how good the food was. Thanks to the nurses for putting up with me and the Dr's too. I just wanted to go home but Im glad, so glad, I was there under their care.

While bringing my client in today for a routine checkup we both mask regularly so we already had our masks on. The security guard at desk asked if we had covid symptoms in the last 2 weeks. We both replied No. After getting my client checked in I cleared my throat one time and the same guard jumped all over me and said I needed to sit in a blue room away from my client. I told him that was not a option and I was clearing my throat and not sick. Again he tried to give me a attitude about it. Another woman in the waiting room than started to cough and he changed his energy once she said her meds give her a dry throat Have a nicer person at the door when dealing with people with different abilities.

I was there for 45 days was admitted on October 14 2024 and this place will always be the place that changed my life. Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out ifsomeone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too.Thanks to all the staff at ridgeveiw IP!Techs- Sabrina, Tyler, Chelsea and TODDCounselor Lisa who knew I was very uncomfortable with 1 on 1s but managed to get me through it and managed to have a lot of great life changing conversations in her very small windowless room.This place is honestly an amazing place just follow the rules, show up on time and learn something.
