PRC honestly saved my life. I came here with fear, hopelessness, and no spirituality. Trust this program and trust all of the staff here. When I truly began putting in the work, feelings of hopelessness went away, slowly over time. The therapist I was assigned to here, is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. The clinical director here, is overall amazing. Shawn the program housing manager, I cannot thank him enough. Shawn and Brandt continued to let me back here after many slip ups. They let me back because they saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I believed I could never recover, but they saw otherwise. Everyone here loves you until we love ourselves. This place was truly a stepping stone in my life.

NorthStar treatment center was definitely the best outpatient program that i ve been through. Compared to the other outpatient places i ve been to, a couple things that really stood out to be during my journey was their attention to the patient and their care and the knowledge, willingness, and compassion that they showed during each individual and group session. The therapists and doctor there are the best i ve had.

I always think that a person needs to be recognized when they go above and beyond in their treatment of patients. Dr. Hashimi needs to be commended for the care he showed my son on a recent trip. His assessment of my son s condition lead to a speedy recovery when other doctors failed to prescribe the proper treatment.Prior to a scheduled cruise to the Northwest Passage, my son came down with pneumonia and went to a local emergency room in Fort Worth, TX. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed around of amoxicillin as the pneumonia appeared to be bacterial. My son was not given an inhaler or any other medication at the time. Initially, he responded well and we were able to board the cruise headed to Alaska.As soon as he was on the boat, my son started to decline pretty rapidly. The medication was no longer working, and he was having trouble breathing. On the next scheduled stop in Sitka, Alaska, I rushed my son to an urgent care where he was seen by Dr. Hashimi. Dr. Hashimi indicated that my sons oxygen level was low and that the amoxicillin was no longer capable of fighting off the bacterial infection. Dr. Hashimi prescribed a more aggressive medication along with an inhaler for my son. We were able to make it back to the cruise ship with 30 minutes to spare! His speedy diagnosis and ability to get the prescription filled at a local pharmacy helped us continue our voyage. This was INCREDIBLE.The next day, my son came out of his room, a change person. He had lost 16 pounds during his decline. His appetite appeared to be back and his color was returning. The inhaler made a huge difference! My son was able to enjoy the rest of the cruise comfortably with the family.During the entire cruise, Dr. Hashimi called me on the phone to check on my son s condition. He asked a lot of pertinent questions regarding how my son was feeling, any fever, his respirations, and general overall appearance questions. When we got back to the lower 48 after completing the cruise , Dr. Hashimi continue to call and check in on my son. This blew me away. This is the type of care that I think we all need as people. Dr. Hashimi truly was concerned about my son s welfare and his condition. I have not received this type of care in years.I wanted to personally thank you, Dr. Hashimi for all you did for my son and my family. Your quality of care and follow up is second to none! Been to a few IOP's. This one is by far my favorite across the board. The counselors are top-notch! So professional, relatable, and insightful. They really have a way of making ALL feel so comfortable to open up and heal. It feels so much like a family that graduates keep popping back in...just to visit, say hello, and help out. I plan on being one of them!Oh...and the snacks, of course! Damn, they treat you right in there.

I love the people at pro act. Randy,Archie, and Rachel are awesome people.

I was a patient at RFS over a year. Coreen was a great therapist for my conditions and struggles. I felt that I was in a place where I can be very comfortable in expressing myself without being judged. She helped me realize parts of myself that I realized were connected with my problems and past. For that, I am truly thankful for her help.I will suggest it would be more helpful in sessions to have more pragmatic questions and advice on how patients are going through areas of improvement and what would be the next steps moving forward. This would be a way for patients to stay focused on concrete goals to get better

From start to finish it took 45 minutes. The service was EXCELLENT.

A place of worship that makes you feel wanted as soon as you step in the door. This church is filled with kind people from many nations. Just love it!

The Manor has thoughtful staff and a comprehensive mental health treatment program utilizing groups and counselors along with outside psychiatrists and therapists. I grew a lot over the two years I spent in the program with time spent at their main house and a graduate house. Manor of Hope also addresses drug and alcohol abuse along with other addictions. As a final note, I would recommend Chef Andrew and counselors John and Scott.

I'm truly helpful for the care and attention that you gave me. I felt alone and forgotten in this world until I came to you. You taught me how to live without fear and how to cope with the anxiety that was killing me. Your support was what saved me.
