I currently receive treatment from Med Mark. Now I ve been to and through many different places over the years. This facility definitely takes the cake for most productive and beneficial. I can t speak for all counselors but my counselor, Courtney, is the best counselor I ve ever had. So caring and supportive. She listens and understands and retains. She also helps me understand and see things differently. She is very caring. She makes me feel heard and understood. She is one of the best staff.

Sojourner House offers a unique healing expe for women in addition in that it United and often reunified women in recovery with their child or children and their families. There aren't many organizations that permit women to live with their children in their own apartments while participating in individual, group, and family therapy. There are three levels of care offered for women and children in need to regain lost independence in secure environments. Hopefully more similar-based programs will be established both at the state and national level so that women do not need to be separated from their children while recovering, as is often the case.
