I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sacred Heart's surgical unit! I had elective surgery and the experience was personal, professional and perfect from the moment I checked in at the front desk to be escorted out! It is difficult to find a provider that you feel understands you and can help you with mental health matters in a casual comfortable way.
