Their individualized approach to each recovery sets a standard on how a treatment facility should operate. From a traditional 12 steps perspective to a holistic practice all the way to mindfulness. They will find a way that works for you. I am fortunate enough that I got to meet all the beautiful staff members including but not limited to, my counselor, administrators, other counselors that were teachers for my program. All the way to the nursing staff, kitchen staff and the caring ones who watch us throughout the facility. I would give 10 gold stars if I could.

That place really helped me find myself again and taught me how to rebuild my life in a positive way. Hi. I admitted myself into mountain laurel in January of 2025. My stay was amazing! I had the best counselors, the best staff and the best care possible! Everyone was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was plenty of opportunity to either have private time or spend time with peers. The groups were great. I came out a new person! I would recommend Mt. Laurel to anyone fighting addiction! The care I received was top notch!!!

I’ve been going here since I was four. Life catches up with you and move on. I went in for my intake process a week ago, because of childhood trauma and suicidal thoughts among other things. The intake clinician named Kyle spoke in a low monotone voice the whole time and told me that “we seem to have a difference in opinion on what therapy is”. Than told me after explaining a bit about my situation, told me that it seems like that I’m the cause of the problems I’m having and that I should work on that instead. I have been diagnosed with PTSD do to child hood mental and physical abuse years prior to this. He than told me that soldiers go to war, come back and realize they have PTSD and that they deal with it just fine.. I wouldn’t have even left a one star review but felt needed to warn people about this place. It has definitely gone down hill since I last went at 16 years old. After I walked out after feeling very uncomfortable, I called the front desk and got his name (he’s the only Kyle there) I was given a number to call and reported the incident. The lady on the phone, after explaining that particular incident, told me she found it, and I quote, “quite disturbing “ do not go here. Better professional options to go to around Corning. I get the issue with a huge backlog of people who signed up for treatment that they have but to be completely dismissed and told that I have no real issues is a bit ridiculous and honestly very scary to others in the same situation as me. Do not come here.

i seriously question if anyone who works here is qualified to work in the medical or psychiatric industry, i went to get diagnosed and instead of listening to me they decided it would be better to play life coach and get me to do thing i had thoroughly explained i cant do, and went i had had enough and cut everything off they threatened to send creditors after me for a pizzly little $20 they didn't even tell me i owed until a week later... honestly the place should be shut down for mal-practice for how badly they treat patients, its like they're specifically trying to trigger mental health meltdowns for their own amusement

They do an amazing job especially considering how high of a workload these counselors have. Ive had two amazing counselors over the years I've been there. To those who have had a bad time you need to remember not everyone's counseling style matches with the client and if it doesn't you need to advocate for yourself and find one that is for you. Staff is amazing. The doc's and other doc's are simply amazing. You can tell that everyone there cares for veterans. They wouldn't deal with us if they didn't truly care and you can tell that they do. Once these masks come off I can't wait to see all their beautiful smiles.

St. Joseph Hospital is NOT I repeat NOT A (insert slang word or words hear) joke.
Not everyone knows everything and my experiences with the Arnot Rehabilitation Services was just as expected.
They treated me with dignity, were patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
I look very much forward to continue my Rehabilitation needs in the future.
Do not take anybodies opinion about the care they provide including this one.
If you are displeased just say so in a respectful manor.

After many poor experiences with healthcare practitioners in the area, Eastside is a breath of fresh air, between the Primary Care office and Walk-In clinic, I have had good experiences. I don't feel judged and they actually listen. I would give 5 stars if not for the fact that you do sometimes need to call multiple times to actually get someone on the phone.
