Do not come here if you need immediate care for mental health.They have delayed my care by modifying my PID/CID (patient indicated date/ clinician indicated date) to deny me community care.The earliest available appointment is over 60 days away from when I asked for help, but they are telling me that I am not eligible for community care because the doctor input a PID/CID that was over a month out.I suggest anyone else who experiences this report this facility to the VA Office of the Inspector General as well as the White House VA complaint line.

I went down for Gulf war/burn pit evalution registry. Was very informative and enlightening. Also did sleep study evaluation on same day. While I was there I got a chest xray, audiology appointment completed and Flu/Covid vaccinations. Each area was a joy to visit and was greeted by staff in hallway and elevator. I have been a patient here for around 8 years and this place has saved my life. I am so grateful for the nurses and counselors who are all just amazing and really do care for all of us and the security guards are all very nice also. This place is very well kept and clean, and they are also great with my special needs son who I have to bring in with me.
