The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is cause you have to pay, Matt that works the front desk and assist Dr F. Is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth people you would ever meet.. Staying drug free starts and ends with you, but have someone like Matt to talk to on staff or by cell has been one of the reasons i stay. I have been to other clinics this is my life your talking about and I don't want to be just another number. As for the paying for visits, they was upfront and told me that before I made my initial consultation and was will to help me find a clinic if I couldn't afford to pay. The Dr's and staff are very kind and helpful. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. The Dr I see monthly is my favorite so far. I have been to 3 or 4 different locations. Everyone is nice but the Highland Park office in Pittsburgh is the best so far. If anyone out there needs help with drug and alcohol treatment please dont hesitate to call this place. It was the best choice I've made as far as recovery goes. They have helped save my life for sure.

This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

The VA system and staff are fantastic these days! For those who take the step forward to receive they're service's. I've been to many since ETS and recently surgery @Oakland VA from plastic hand surgeon Dr Yu who did a great job. The whole staff towards my wife and me were very good.
