About Pathways Recovery

Pathways Recovery is a luxury rehab in Roseville, California. You can access inpatient medical detox, gender specific residential programs, and intensive outpatient care for adult men and women. They provide drug and alcohol addiction as well as co occurring disorder treatment.

Each program focuses on healing your mind, body, and soul with proven and holistic therapeutic interventions. You’ll build a personalized, trauma informed treatment plan to help you reach your recovery goals. You may start treatment in medical detox to rid your body of substances under 24/7 monitoring. Depending on which level of care fits your situation, you can participate in group and individual therapy, trauma therapy, 12 Step programs, mindfulness activities, and medication assisted treatment.

What stands out most to me is their women’s campus. You’ll benefit from exceptional amenities while living in an intimate, family like setting. Their ranch style treatment center is on 5 acres of tranquil farmland surrounded by breathtaking oak trees and flowers. You’ll have access to a jacuzzi, a heated swimming pool, and a large patio. They provide plenty of space for wellness and reflection along with access to nature trails, hiking, gardening, and more.

I also love their focus on holistic healing. They work to revitalize your life, offering nutritious chef prepared meals, a gym, a personal fitness instructor, yoga, and more. You’ll benefit from caring for your whole body to gain positive habits that promote long term recovery.

A year ago, I got a DUI and attempted to take my life. Pathways not only saved me, but taught me how to save myself. The Woman s Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment Facility, was my home for 60 days, and I would have stayed longer if I could have. I desperately needed help for my mind, body, and soul, and Pathways was a perfect fit. The counselors, medical staff, private chef, yoga instructor, cross fit coach, and home office staff are top notch and go above and beyond to help heal. I felt as if I was their only patient, but part of a family at the same time. That s what detailed attention feels like. They taught me to love myself again, and I will use those tools for the rest of my life. Miss Shelli will forever be my red headed angel Today, I am happy, healthy and sober. Thank you Pathways, for all you ve done and continue to do. You will always be a part of my story.

Phenomenal experience at Pathways. The facility, staff, counselor (literally every single one), education, and exercise all 10/10. Couldn t recommend this place more. Living/learning with a small group is also a huge plus. You receive individual care and attention from the staff and the small group of guys becomes like a family. Shout out to Stephen, Art, Aryn, and Patrick for everything.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.

Programs

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Clinical Services

Individual therapy for drug addiction includes a customized treatment plan that considers your history and life circumstances. During your therapy sessions, the therapist helps you uncover underlying issues and triggers for addictive behavior that support a holistic approach to recovery.

During group therapy, men and women learn to express their emotions openly in a non judgmental setting. This helps you process your feelings and reduces feelings of social isolation that are often associated with addiction.

Pathways Recovery in Roseville saved my life! My life was spiraling out of control right before my eyes and I knew needed help. Coming into Pathways I was a broken & scared, through the support of the staff and knowledge I have become strong & confident. The daily classes taught by knowledgable staff have been life changing. The small number of residents in the house and home like setting created a comfortable, safe environment to learn and recover. I highly recommend Pathways, Roseville for any woman who is struggling with addiction.

Pathways Recovery has truly been life-changing for our family. My mom has been in treatment for 30 days, and the progress she's made is miraculous. The entire team has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and educational. Shelley, the women's program coordinator, has been especially hands-on, keeping us updated on my mom's progress and guiding us on how to best support her while making sure we also felt supported. Jennifer, who handled my mom's intake, was equally amazing, staying in touch with us for over a year before my mom committed to Pathways and helping us every step of the way. The Pathways team provided not only top-notch care for my mom but also invaluable education, guidance, and resources for our whole family. We now feel more hopeful and empowered than ever before. We can't thank Pathways Recovery enough for the positive impact they've had on our lives. Highly recommend!

A loved one was in need of detox and an inpatient rehabilitation program. The one that stood out to us was Pathways beyond doubt. And gratefully, we were ever so impressed from the initial phone call to admission! Jennifer guided us through the process with a gentleness and care that is unmatched. She organized insurance, intake and the delicate time of crisis that we were in. The staff included my loved one and family members with such compassion, care and love.I can t express my gratitude with all of the enthusiasm that my heart holds. In the hands and hearts of this staff, I have no doubt in the power of their program and recovery!

Pathways IOP is a great place to learn about how to maintain sobriety. My counselor, Harry, was amazing. He is compassionate vulnerable and genuinely cares for the people in the program.

I ve always been the person who said no to treatment for years. They scared me.Luckily I found Pathways! From the first phone call to meeting Harry and the team for intake, they were heartfelt and I felt that I was a person they truly wanted to help. The counselors at this facility mean business!Art, the director, has so much knowledge of addiction treatment and knows how to make the information palatable and accessible.Every need (within reason) or issue I was personally dealing with was resolved immediately. I felt respected and guided, like a little brother, the entire stay.I planned to only stay 30 days but when I saw how smart, kind, and compassionate the staff was it made it easy for me to extend for 60.I have 100% understanding of what the disease of addiction is and where it began in my life, and most importantly how I can stay clean.I recommend this treatment facility to everyone, my loved ones included, if you are struggling with substance abuse. Pathways is the real deal and I owe my life to them.THANK YOU PATHWAYS!

I m extremely grateful for my experience at Pathways. The staff treats the patients with respect and doesn t baby us like other rehabs in my experience do. There is a sense that we are all equal. The groups were insightful and I felt I could be vulnerable and accepted. Everyday was full of laughter and vulnerable moments. I learned a lot of useful tools and I feel confident in my recovery now that I ve completed this program. Thank you so much Pathways.

Such an amazing place! Not only helps your loved one, but also supports the whole family. Shelley was so supportive while my loved one was in treatment, and the classes run by Jennifer for the family groups helped me to truly understand that addiction is a family disease. I can t thank this place or these people enough!! They don t just focus on the addiction, they help your loved one with nutrition, exercise, mental wellness, and emotional support. I cannot recommend this place enough.
