So sick of them getting rid of their ISS s ! It s ridiculous how you get use to one person and then they fire them and don t even reach out to you to let you know that and then out of the blue a new person shows up at your door and says oh hi I m your new ISS the other person has moved on ! And you can t even get ahold of the office manager to speak to them! I m thinking about going somewhere else!

Great place, great staff, and incredibly sharp doctors/psychologists. This place saved my life, unknowingly checked into rehab to bypass the then 8 month waiting list (this was 6 years ago) little did I know fentanyl had literally just hit the streets of this little town in Missouri. I definitely wouldn't of made it 2 years, Dr. Parcells has been so patient with me. I've messed up when I first started the program, but he still trusts me. Here we are almost 7yrs into it and I've got my soulmate back, my children. I've been blessed to be a stay at home dad for the past 3yrs to care for our youngest, it's selfish but to me I'm catching up on all I missed with my 8yr old daughter. Couldn't of had this success without Compass Health and specifically Dr. Parcells. I owe him so much, how he manages to care for 100s of patients in 3 different towns I'll never know. The man is a true super hero, I always refer to him as Sherlock Holmes. I've told him some horrid stuff, and I felt absolutely no judgement from him (and as an addict we pick up on that FAST) the man deserves a cape. My kids would be visiting a headstone today and not screaming "DADDYYY" whenever I walk in the door after being gone for an hour or two. I've always prided myself on NEVER lying to him, but I've picked up that he has this ability to read these lies or stories you're trying to web, and instead of punishment or judging, he'll sit their and unbox it with you. I'm a question guy, super curious. We've had multiple 75min sessions before because we just get this dialog going. Trust followed quickly, and now he recently chose me to go without seeing a counselor and just doing the medication. I declined, he went out on a huge limb for me and prescribed me something that's completely unheard of and I'm very positive he got backlash for it. Was greatful he chose me, but he went out on a limb for me so I'm going to continueto work the program as a form of respect. Bottom line, if you need help, mentally, if your an addict or single parent who needs help. Just walk in, you fill put some papers and they'll do 100% of the rest. All you gotta do is show up.

DO NOT SEE TAYLOR RODGERS! I came in for a emergency procedure eval for my tooth. Her behavior was unacceptable and rude for someone that wait patiently for 45 mins to be treated very rudely and treated me like I was dumb for coming in cause cause I thought my tooth split in the back and couldn't see myself and was afraid that my tooth would get infected. Time management and setting up appointment is the one that made the appointment and the dentist should know time management properly just cause your having a bad day doesn't mean everyone else needs to have a bad day to.i do not recommended her to anyone. Her assistant though she was amazing and patient and kind and deserved a raise.REEDITING MY REVEIW FOR TODAYS VIST SINCE IT WONT MAKE ME A NEW ONE 2024 MARCH 13 I WENT TO THE OTHER CLINC ON NORTH GAINES DRIVE AND THEY ARE AMAZING, VERY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND KIND OVER THERE IN THAT BUILDING I RECOMMEND DENTIST DR.THOMAS AND DENTIST HYGENTIST CASSI AND HER STUDENT FROM STATE FAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
